You got a log?Man I'm jealous, I haven't had a piece of fruit since october with my coach. But 6 weeks out and I get a refeed including a muffin and a double cheeseburger in a few days so I can't complain to much.

That’s valid, that’s why my updates are kinda few and far between, nailing the daily steps comes first, consider doing one post show when you aren’t all depleted, always fun to see what other competitors are up to and how they get to a certain packageFor sure going to enjoy the refeed man, perfect since leg day is the following day
