Trensomnia - What works?

...
By the way hash is better for sleeping, because more cbd.
I use to smoke on tren e 600mg a week every single day before bed.
Good info I'll store away on the hash vs mj.
.......600mg/wk Tren E?!?!?!? Holy raging rage machine, Batman.
That's great they let you use the internet in prison

Isn't it just high resting heart rate?

I had sleep problems with nandrolone and after starting telmisartan/propranolol i could sleep much better. Would this help with tren?

Time released melatonin + magnesium and ashwaganda fixes my sleep issues with Tren. Also using Tren A and low doses of it daily helps in general

Tren E is much worse for sleep in my own experience

Injects synthetic hormone compounds made in someone's kitchen.

Says : "I don't want to use pharmaceuticals to sleep!"

Suggestions for 300 other chemicals, all actually drugs, to help him sleep follow.

My advice would be to get some Zopiclone from India pharma. Normal dose is 7.5mg, half of that will gently encourage you to sleep, in what feels closer to natural sleep than any "herbal" remedy I've found.

And since it's a simple, well understood drug made by a regulated drug manufacturer, it's likely safer than anything you're using now.

You need something that can slow down your over hyped nervous system and brain activity. Maybe delta 8 its legal in may states. Tell a doc you have insomnia or look around at some over the counter stuff. "Relaxium sleep" might work. It's advertised on the fox channel all the time.
Even low doses of tren a 20mg per day still kept me awake at night but no other sides.
I was prescribed something for severe muscle craps/spasms being caused by some severe accidents I was in while in the military. I can't even bring it up and I guess it a good thing. Or young dumbasses will use another controlled/addictive substance to cover tren sides.
Best thing is just to quit using it or just suffer for 4 wks max if you can figure out the sleep issue.

Problem is the addiction and withdrawal is just as bad as with "normal" benzos.

High dose THC+cbn edibles will knock anyone on anything out cold if you dose it high enough.

Delta 8 is so cheap that it's easily affordable to eat a gram+ of THC to pass out.

I use 500mg delta 9, 1g delta 8, and 100mg CBN if I ever need to put myself out cold for 8 hours. Take some CBD in the morning and you'll have no hangover.

So I’ve recently learned that the sleep problems from Tren is actually a Histamine issue. Instead of taking drugs to try to sleep it’s better to solve the issue that is going on within the body
Natural enzyme histamine blockers can be used. And another product that is also a supplement not a drug. I have to gather the information details and I’ll update. Just stumbled on this thread and this happens to be something that I will be putting to the test this week. I’ll update with more information and my results

You're right. I used antihistamines myself and all the side effects disappeared. Zyrtec was the name of an antihistamine. 2x day. No sleeping problems and no heartburn

For a while l theanine was helping with sleep but I feel it lost effectiveness. So I might give benadryl a try

I’m going to be using a DAO supplement that is a histamine blocker and supports gut health.

Benadryl or Tylenol PM work quite well for me. Sometimes I add in some melatonin 10 to 20 mg.

If it is really bad, I have found belsomra or gabapentin to work quite well without any bad side effects or that hangover feeling the next day.

Fwiw, quercetin is a fantastic mast cell stabilizer, thereby reducing downstream histamine release.

Plus it's also being looked into for Myostatin Inhibition as discovered by the cultured meat industry.

Has anyone had any success in treating "trensomnia" with non-pharmaceutical methods (no interest in using sleep meds or barbiturates)?

Even at ~200mg's/week of tren I get hit HARD with insomnia, rendering it essentially worthless and counterproductive....
Charlotte's Web CBD Helped me. Get the Stay Asleep one.
