Trensomnia - What works?

I'm reluctant to offer this up, because it comes with its own problems, but there is a blood pressure medication that is used off-label for sleep (as well as ADHD and anxiety). It's called clonidine. Since a lot of the compounds people run on cycles tend to elevate the blood pressure, clonidine before bed can be a win-win.

It has a very substantial drawback, however: if you take it regularly and then stop abruptly, you will experience rebound hypertension and a catecholamine surge. It's both dangerous and extremely unpleasant.

However, taken infrequently at lower doses, it can help with sleep and doesn't come with the side effects of benzos or the "non-benzo benzo" hypnotics, like Ambien and Lunesta.

Trazodone also works for most people, but I feel drugged and have horrible nightmares, so that shit is a non-starter for me.
Hmm I was looking at clonodine as well because apart for its BP lowering and possible sleep benefits it also seems to be an appetite suppressant which would be ideal for a cut running tren... I will give it a shot if I can get my hands on some :)

They prescribe that shit to my dog for anxiety lol I didn’t know it was for high blood pressure in humans lol

I find that if I am not asleep within 30 minutes of using Trazodone the restless leg side effects are worse than the trensomnia itself.

Fuck trazodone everytime I take it I wake up with a massive headache. Gives bizarre nightmares and restless legs. Also trazoboners.

I didn't read through all the pages so apologies for any repeated info here.
For me, this is my process (if top step doesn't work, then I go to next. If none work, I'm fucked and stopping whatever is leading to the insomnia).

1) Melatonin
2) Bendadryl
3) Muscle Relaxer
4) Pharma Sleep Aid

Now, I don't believe in using any of these more than 2 days in a row and ideally only using for acute symptoms of insomnia. I don't ever want to become dependent on any drug to sleep but sometimes they do have their place.

Wow...OK. I haven't ran across a UGL with it...I'll dig around some. I appreciate the help.
I can think of a few as well but they arent domestic.

I forgot about gabapentin as well to help sleep. I'd put it more in the pain category and perhaps use more caution with it if only using for better sleep.

Ambient helps, benzodiezapines as well, all supplements are wast of money, maybe phenibut. For my the best hash

Has anyone had any success in treating "trensomnia" with non-pharmaceutical methods (no interest in using sleep meds or barbiturates)?

Even at ~200mg's/week of tren I get hit HARD with insomnia, rendering it essentially worthless and counterproductive....
Cannabis. There is a dedicated video of Fouad Abiad in YouTube in which he explains the same and (as some of the answers you’ve got here), cannabis was THE answer.

I have not done it for tren, but in a hard day to me… always works

Maybe to much taking?

Well, that is a very personal choice… I personally see better sleeping on cannabis rather than over the counter medicines, others rather diazepam or just milk and honey hahahah…
You miss uderstood me. If next day you are feling not well, that's mean to much stuff like weed. By the way hash is better for sleeping, because more cbd.
I use to smoke on tren e 600mg a week every single day before bed.
