Trensomnia - What works?

I'm daily thc user maybe thats why I don't get the insomnia until 400mg. Higher dosages I get crazy waking up multiple times throughout the night let's say at 700mg.
At 400 I don't get insomnia at all sleep like a bird even with higher test in the mix
It's wild, I'm only taking 200mg's/week...

I find combining GH with cerebrolysin can help with trensomnia. Cerehrolysin can also attenuate the damages caused by Tren

Im also on 200mg tren a. I was smoking my weed pen before bed that helped. I take trazadone. I upped it to 150mg and slept through the night last night. Havent tried cbd with tren but that shit put me right to sleep so I bet it would work. My problem is staying asleep. So short term solutions like that are a winner for me. Im thinking about low dosing melatonin too if i wake up in the middle of the night

Keep the test low - just enough to offset the suppression from tren - and it makes a HUGE difference

I read a paper about the theoretical reason, but I haven't had coffee yet and am to tired to.type to many syllables

Has anyone had any success in treating "trensomnia" with non-pharmaceutical methods (no interest in using sleep meds or barbiturates)?

Even at ~200mg's/week of tren I get hit HARD with insomnia, rendering it essentially worthless and counterproductive....
Have you tried typical magnesium spray? Sounds silly but it worked for me

Ok I’ve recently stopped 25mcg of t3 and realized that it was completely eliminating my night sweats and insomnia. Food for thought.

Tren E is better for some.

I have 8 cycles under my belt over the last 4 years. 4 of which I used T cyp with Tren A. My first cycle with TrenA which was my highest dose per week almost cost me my marriage. Thanks to poor research and taking forum advice from people I did not know. It's an ugly drug at high doses. The negative side effects are not worth the gains. 50mg to 100mg per week is all I will ever do again. In fact, I just finished a 14 week cycle. Your mileage may vary. Just posting my thoughts and experience. Not looking for any comments or advice. As for Tren A's insomnia, whiskey was the only thing that got me to sleep. I suffer from GAD's general anxiety and have the strongest benzo' on the market they will put an elephant to sleep but I refuse to use them when cycling.

Personally benadryl hasn't worked.

Ambien has worked
I am not sure if lunesta will. I got a hold of it after I was done with tren
No experience with Seroquel. Was told it may work

Other possible options which I am unsure about. Trazadone. Mirtazepine. Sonata.
Then I said that I using psychotropics medication for kill trens insomnia, they called me dumb. But in another offering same medicines

If you can fall asleep, you can try gabapentin. It's not a major sedative but it will keep you asleep and in deeper restorative stages of sleep.

This may have been said already, but either reduce or eliminate caffeine intake, especially if any leading into the evening. And even cognitively stimulating drugs/supplements. Black out curtains. Wind down with minimal screen/light exposure an hour before bed, don't eat leading up to sleeping hour, and if you're not generally a busy person, try and add a few extra activities in your day to tire yourself out. Otherwise it might just have to be something to live with sadly...

Zinc and magnesium half hour to hour before bed, whole bottle of water, but I've been having trouble getting up, I just want to sleep in all morning
