What does help with my sleep is CJC1295 + ipamorelin!

I take my GH in the AM and those two in the PM just for the sleep component; zero regard for any additional GH release. @Jin23 has some information I read at one point on this forum on it's mechanism, but he's way smarter than I am and better at explaining; perhaps you can find it via searching.
 
I can see a "cliff" where my sleep dramatically improved about a month into daily Tesamorelin. Slow to provide benefits, but no slower than an anti-aging low dose of HGH.

That's good to hear. I just started low dosing about 2 weeks ago and was wondering, if it were to help with sleep, how long before someone might see the improvement.y sleep sucks and I've been trying all kinds of supplements at night to help.

Well, for me, 2mg daily Tesa to show enough of a difference for my Apple watch to comment on the pattern of increased duration, and the more detailed data to show an improvement. in quality.

I do HGH at night on my workout days. Notice no difference in sleep. On my non-work out days I do 200mcg cjc no dac and 300mcg ipamorelin and sleep so good. As long as you keep the HGH and cjc/IPA at least 24 hours apart it will still work as it should

I do GH every AM, so never going to be 24 hrs apart. I meant to communicate that I do not care about the additional GH release from the GHRP + GHRH; only care about the sleep benefits that still occur despite little to / no additional GH release
