Hello guys, i can understand that there have been 1-2 parcels that had a broken vial and caused leak on the package, this is of course not acceptable! - email me and i will make the single vial up to you and have it reshipped.

Considering that we ship hundreds of packages weekly the broken/mistake rate is below 1%. - Better wrapping can be done of course, and the issue will be taken care of for future orders.

There is no excuses for this for this of course.

Let’s say there are 4,000 orders on the domestic side, and 1% is a mistake—or whatever you want to sugarcoat it as—that’s 40 fucking packages that are compromised. That’s 40 chances for your lab to be fucked, 40 chances for postal inspectors to probe and start an investigation (if they haven’t already).

How long did it take for your international order tracking to show? Got tracking november 8 but still not showing. First time ordering from this source & QSC's tracking always immediatly shows for me

People suggesting vacuum packaging, but in the long term that wont work either its too hard and with the way the couriers handling the packages it gets broken easier than now.

raws didn't triple, this is business we are talking about, businesses deal with percentages. 5%, 8%, 20%. distributors don't overnight increase their products by 300% .. but we have people making mega threads saying the time of cheap chinese raws is ending, and using supply and demand to justify 300% price increases like its normal.

that is right it havent tripled, because.. there is no raws available, nothing to produce an big 0. our current stock is the only we have and its getting lower for every day. there is no news about any raws availability soon as well, seems like it only goes one way.. we hope it will resolve after an month or in the new year.

Just a quick note, a few domestic sources, some on here, use vacuum sealed packages. I’ve ordered a few. No leaks, no issues, seem pretty tight. In case they were to break, high chance of oil being contained within the sealed unit. Just a thought and I’m sure others will chime in. Carry on. I’m done mobbing you. I’m tired of being the only cawing crow in the tree.

i know that you are upset about the whole situation, but the thing is life goes on mate, even if we like it or not. there may can be delays and big issues in china and the time we are facing us unknown about availability for raws, so in mean time, enjoy our last stock.

we have seen how it worked for others, the vacuum sealing is just increasing the damage of the vials to break. i get the part of leaking packages etc, but believe me it is not better than this option.
