Are you fucking stupid? With vacuum or sealed bag it doesn't matter if it gets broken, the oil will not go anywhere.
The problem here is not the broken vial is the fucking oil leaking out!

First time I ordered oils you taped 30+ vials together with simple paper tape and yeah I was lucky for it to not break at all. I mean it's not complicated to pack properly, if you seal it in a bag the oil will not leak out, than you pad it very well inside and outside and there you go! Problem solved.

We ship hundreds of packages weekly, we wrap the vials tightly to avoid these stuff of course, but have in mind. These two month is the most busiest month ever, black november is on going and we near christmas. The volume from china is tremendous, you expect the postal offices to handle your order with care? of course not, they toss it or throw it like its nothing. and we learned that the hard way, which is we had one customer who had 1 broken vial and leaked through the package! - are we gona focus on this and prevent it from happening again? YES!
Vacuum sealing is not the preferred way to ship from international, there is more risks of products getting broken, as its hard. A lot of bubble wrap and tighten up, then its g2g.
We have shipped for months without any of these issues.

i am one of the few ones who actually do provide an free reship policy of damaged vials. just like i reshipped your missing kits.. because the mistake that was provided by GA.
so for every mistake i make i should give away kits? - what kind of sources do that? mention me just one! i am 100% sure that GA is not the only one that had an leaked package of one broken vial.
as that said, i just told you the cause.
will GA try to prevent this and will work better on the wrapping.
this will be my last message for sampei.

I think I’m going to send a package that’s covered in test oil with 10 loose and broken vials inside to one of my USA homes just to prove that nothing will happen. Lets do NY since they should be the most strict. Stay tuned.

Of course it was a very consistent order but still it shows the difference between excellent customer service and a cheap little midgy

Did you read what I wrote? They didn't have to give me any extra stuff for compensation, they could have just ship the correct order and that was it. Instead because I had to wait another 10-15 days for a.new package with the correct order to arrive they gave me stuff for free.
You send a package that ends up with broken vial inside and what do you do? You send back just the broken vial.
Do you see the difference or do I need to make a drawing for you?
