Anyone here who got his HOMA index measured while running HGH? I'm really curious.

I'm insulin resistant even without HGH however I can control these numbers with diet while on HGH. Here are my last test results running 4 IU HGH. I'm very low carb and all my carbs come from non starchy vegetables.

Fasting insulin: 5.1
HOMA-IR: 1.15

Interesting. Is that on a cut, maintenance or bulk?

Maintenance. But if you want to lower insulin the best way is to lower carbs. However, that might negatively impact your bulk.

I'll cut now anyway. I think my body will work better with less fat on me.

I have the exact same experience, i'm getting skin tags, but also quite a lot of new moles appearing everywhere on my body. On the face, on the shoulders, on the back, on my fingers and I swear even 2 moles on my dick.

Everything i read is saying melanoma and signs of cancer etc.. It's quite scary. I think i've gotten 20 new moles in the past year which is a lot considering i didn't have/barely had any before HGH.

It takes several months to get an appointment with a dermatologist in my country so i don't know what to do about it. For me HGH also has great benefits that i rather not stop with.

Seems there is no conclusive evidence linking HGH with increased melanoma risk. HGH can increase number of benign moles. There is a case report online of a married couple in their 50s who were both diagnosed with melanoma after short periods of HGH usage. The "researchers" concluded that 2 unrelated people having melanoma was such an odd development that it may be due to the shared exposure to HGH.

IMO Common sense would dictate that if there was a strong link we’d see more BBers with melanoma. Especially the guys taking 10 iu daily and more for years and years.

But get skin checks annually. Schedule them far in advance (you'll need to - most dermatologists are full). I also experienced increased very slight increased production of moles on GH.
