Lot of stuff in here from members complaining about ordering. Couple thoughts for some of the new community members to help relieve the anxiety, and set expectations.
Also some feedback for Tracy @Qingdao Sigma Chemicals.
A) When ordering be detailed. Example order:
Hello Tracy Team,
Bitcoin payment sent and transaction completed/confirmed on my end. I have adjusted my calculations to yours for the order. Please confirm payment has been received:

B) Ask them to CONFIRM payment and details.
C) Verify your details and order/cost BEFORE you send payment. If questions send follow up email and ask for clarification. (Be cordial damn it)
D) Make sure you send fill details and typically use Fiat amount when calculating your BTC. Don’t enter BTC. Numbers fluctuate too much.
E) WAIT 4 business days! If no confirmation ask for confirmation.
F) WAIT 2 weeks. If no tracking ask. (Nicely!)
G) WAIT till 6 weeks. If no package. Review tracking. If at 8 weeks no package or stuck in customs email Tracy directly or post.
Note: You will almost always have received you package by 8 weeks when ordering international. Relax. Let the process flow. Most of the angst here is due to misaligned expectations.

I think you are a pretty pragmatic business guy driven primarily by the math and numbers. Have some constructive feedback for you on two of your agents.
Irene, seems to legitimately try to assist. Seems to understand English reasonably well. Has made a couple math errors in my favor which I corrected before making payment and was appreciative. Responds in 48-72 hours or sooner.
Jennifer, on the last order was a bit frustrating. Poor grasp of English or just doesn’t care to read what I write.
Made errors in pricing not in my favor. Made what appeared to be an error in shipping not in my favor. First inquiry was replied with a price list. No actual acknowledgement of my question. Second inquiry and she again replied see price list. (Which clearly showed her error)
Given your pricing I wasn’t going to bicker over a measly $55-$75 and just sent payment and adjusted to her price point.
Her follow up was that she would respond when confirmed (which had already happened in block chain and she should have been able to do) No communication since.
As a business owner myself I would want to know and receive the feedback. I can see where Jenifer may challenge some of your customers with errors and non responses.
