Yes. Normally. But after a week it usually states “label created. Status will change once carrier receives package.” I have 3 QSC orders purchased around the same time but this one is the only one not being recognized as valid. I’m sure it will eventually update.

The one and only time I ordered QSC bac, the vials were filled with floaters. And I draw the line at refiltering bac water lol.
