Im looking at this set. Im guessing once you fill it, all you change is needle tips after that until its empty?

That's correct. Make sure you put a vent pin in the cartridge when you fill it.

Take your time filling it up with that vent, I made the mistake of pushing too hard while filling and the vent couldn't keep up which resulted in the bottom blowing out.

The pressure has to go somewhere so slowly fill it to make sure its venting properly, having the bottom seal blowing out spilling my hgh was a face palm moment for me

As mentioned here before, you can also push the black thingy all the way through the tube until the top. Then slowly inject your liquid/oil into the vial, until the black thing is at the bottom again. After that just remove the air from the tube with a needle from the top.

That will impair sterility of the cartridge tho

As the black thing is pushed back down by filling the cartridge, it should push out some of whatever got in. Seems like a small risk. Does it worry you?

I don't see the point in contaminating the cartridge when you can vent the cartridge and obtain the same thing without risking to impact sterility

I read it wrong I thought you wanted a link for an ergo2 pen and that was quite annoying as even my Chihuahua is able to find it

Anyway, those cartridges are ok, I suggest you buy from ks-tek or heavenstore those are the most reliable on aliexpress.

Ok, for those of you who use the pen I linked...after some bad mathematics and a lot of experimenting I think 16-17 units on the insulin setting is about 1/10th of a ml. So 16-17 should be 1 unit gh at 10 units per ml. Can anyone confirm for me? Thanks.

How many iu's in a vial and how much bac water did you add?

Didnt use a vial of HG yet...just 1ml of bac water to test the settings.

It's going to depend on how many iu's of gh are in the vial and how much bac water you add. If it's a 10iu vial and you add 1ml(100 units on slin pin) of bac water, every 10 units will be 1iu of gh.

Yeah, cept the pen is set up for an insulin vial that is 60 units per ml...hence the weird number to get 1/10th of a ml.

Normal pens are set up for U100 insulin, 100 units per ml. U40 is insulin for pets (with syringes matching standard dilution botox). Never heard of U60.

With U100 pens from Lilly and Chinese clones, 10 units is 0.1ml. One unit is 0.01ml. Cartridge holds 300 units (you lose the last 5 or so units due to dead space at cartridge throat)
