I believe with certain “supplements” fasted cardio has its benefits. Being fasted with increased GH via peptides or actual GH gets the fat mobilized and fat burners like yohimbine are effective only in a fasted state.I wonder about that fasted cardio thing. It used to be recommended for anyone, not even HGH users. Then I think the science came out and proved it calories are equal, doing cardio while fasted makes no difference overall. No idea if that science applies to HGH users or maybe there is a specific reason it would work in this case.
Calories in vs calories out is still king but I think there is some merit to doing fasted cardio if things like I stated above are being utilized.
