I wonder about that fasted cardio thing. It used to be recommended for anyone, not even HGH users. Then I think the science came out and proved it calories are equal, doing cardio while fasted makes no difference overall. No idea if that science applies to HGH users or maybe there is a specific reason it would work in this case.
I believe with certain “supplements” fasted cardio has its benefits. Being fasted with increased GH via peptides or actual GH gets the fat mobilized and fat burners like yohimbine are effective only in a fasted state.

Calories in vs calories out is still king but I think there is some merit to doing fasted cardio if things like I stated above are being utilized.

Milo’s Sarcev has a lot of interesting methods, ideas, and insights about stuff like this. I read about him splitting the day into a fat loss phase and a gaining phase. It still came down to total calories but the way he structured it made it more favorable an allowed someone to get the best of both worlds.

Morning fasted cardio with GH and fat burners and then only protein and fats for like half the day. The next half of the day involved carbs with a majority of them being in an intra workout drink along with eaa’s, bcaa’s, glutamine, etc. He also utilized insulin pre workout and structured his training in a way to best utilize this influx of nutrients. Definitely very interesting and a fun guy to listen to.

I personally believe nutrient timing can make a difference when everything else is locked in and near flawless. Again, calories have to be perfect for the individual but with that in place I think having most of your carbs around your workout gives a slight edge due to natural nutrient partitioning the body provides after weight training. If you add in Anabolics, slin, GH, IGF, etc this is all magnified hence why you see some people drop fat while adding muscle simultaneously.

imo fasted cardio seems to work for me, my thinking is , theres no food in your system for your body to pull from for energy, allowing for the energy to be pulled from fat stores etc,, its mylayman way of thinking, but it makes perfect sense as far as where your body is getting the fuel for cardio sessions, ,

I believe this to be true

What is a detention?

A “detention” is when merchandise is presented to Customs for examination (i.e., upon importation) and, after 5 business days, Customs has not decided whether to release or detain the merchandise.

What are my rights in a detention?

If the merchandise is not released within 5 business days, the goods are detained. Technically, the law requires Customs to issue a notice within 5 business days that the goods are being detained. This commonly does not happen. The notice is supposed to state:

(A) the initiation of the detention;
(B) the specific reason for the detention;
(C) the anticipated length of the detention;
(D) the nature of the tests or inquiries to be conducted; and
(E) the nature of any information which, if supplied to the Customs Service, may accelerate the disposition of the detention.

No. Your mail is scanned no matter what.
Yup. A lot of people don't know literally "at least it supposed to happen" ever single package, piece of mail sent through USPS is photographed and if appropriate, scanned. They have a mega database where they keep and store all these photos as well. Used to investigate crimes, like someone sending "anthrax" through the mail.

You make a good point, but ive always needed to fight off mthe sides like water retention with diuretics and electtrlyte balance. Seems like I am fighting a lot less now.

Since this GH has consistently tested good, I'm going on the assumption it's you, not the GH.

What's your protocol look like? Have you had a gap in usage lately?

You may have developed GH antibodies.

Obviously IGF would be a better marker but gotta work with what's in front of us, so feels it is.

GH immunity developing is a thing, even with pharma, and can be tested for:

(Inhibition=how much rHGH neutralized by immune system, ie, immunogenicity)

I’ve done a lot of fasted cardio in my life fully believing that it made a difference. At this point, I’m not so sure. GH and other compounds will liberate fatty acids. If one is in a deficit, those will be utilized. Ultimately it comes down to energy balance rather than timing. At least that’s my take on the recent literature.

Fasted cardio can have other benefits. Some people just like it. Others, particularly those interested in endurance can benefit from longer sessions which will stimulate metabolic efficiency. That is, using more fat than glycogen for a given power output at or below lactate threshold.

Again, this is something there’s little science on, but there are a few well regarded cycling coaches that suggest this benefit occurs during a session long enough to induce cardiac decoupling, that is HR climbs while power output remains the same. For me, this was about 3 hours in when I was fit. Probably way longer than anyone here is interested in.

Then there’s the fact that one wakes in a catabolic state. A 25h bolus of protein will stimulate mTOR and bring one out of that catabolic state. Probably a good thing when one is cutting.

Fasted cardio has been the subject of numerous studies and consistently shown to be no better than non-fasted cardio.

Imo if thinking the fasted aspect is giving you an edge, so it motivates you to actually do the cardio, cool. Go for it. It's better than not doing cardio.

This is some good info. Thanks for sharing. This genuinely could be the case. I did take a 1 month break. I always like to build up slowly and adjust based on how I feel. I am up to 5iu at the moment but last time I was one 5iu I was experiencing more sides. However, I have reduced my carb intake. What are your thoughts? What can be done about antibodies.

Like you said, agree, the main thing for fat loss is energy deficit. Doesn't matter if it's before or after cardio.

I don't like extending the overnight fasting period any longer because my personal goal is primarily muscle gain and muscles like fairly frequent protein-rich meals.

I suspect many opinions on this matter will be biased on where people are in their bulk/cut journey. Myself included.

When this happens under legit medical treatment the approach is to change brands. or take a year long+ break, or both.

Since you can't really change brands, and have more flexibility than a doctor would you have another option.

If it is antibodies, it's possible simply going to a higher dose will make up for the increased immunity.

Increasing the dilution rate so your injection is between .5ml and .8ml can help minimize immune response. The more concentrated the dose is, the stronger immune response will be.

Changing the location of the subq shot will change the lymph node involved and also potentially lower the immune response.

Finally, an IM shot will lower immune response for sure, if you can handle that.

He was asking why you can’t send a completely blind sample. On AAS I believe you can, but peptides he needs labeled. I believe he will take a blind peptide sample, but the testing is a lot more extensive if he doesn’t know what he’s looking for. It’s why I would imagine it would be expensive.
That is correct. AAS can go anonymous, the rest he needs to know what to look for
