So i can eat a dominos ultimate pepperoni pizzas, 1 liter bottle of coke and a box of garlic knots do 30 min of LISS immediately after and i will burn as much FAT than 10hr fasted cardio? Please link that study that backs it up.
On the assumption that this still left you in a calorie deficit then yes it would have the same benefit. But in your example unless you were that’s tammy bitch from 1000lbs sisters you’d not be in a calorie Defecit so the question is redundant

What about his comment makes you think that’s what he was suggesting? This isn’t Reddit. Don’t bring that confrontational nonsense to this forum.

Yeah, folks talk about “burning fat stores” and such, but the body is a system, and it automatically refills stores and such, unless in a deficit. So that is why recent studies show that fasted cardio isn’t helpful.

I can’t understand a specific mechanism why adding GH would change the concept, so my thinking is it won’t help. But I also can’t see how taking collagen supplements helps skin/hair/nails, but studies seem to indicate it does

Being in a caloric deficit is definitely the most important part of fat loss without a doubt. Any cardio is better than no cardio. But I think there is something to be said about using various compounds and doing cardio in a fasted state, especially the lower body fat someone is.

A bodybuilder with plenty of muscle dieting down from 8% to contest weight has a lot of extra things to deal with like muscle loss and stubborn fat. Sure, they can cut calories even further but the risk of muscle loss increases a lot more at that level. HGH increases lipolysis. There is a reason some people say Hgh Frag doesn’t work and others who love it….Frag must be used in a fasted state. Yohimbine is supposed to help break down fat cells, especially in those stubborn areas. Hgh also has muscle sparring properties. Combined with AAS and other drugs, the bodybuilder can hopefully maintain most of his muscle mass while losing mainly pure fat.

So, I think in scenarios like that, there is an advantage in terms of body recomposition. Even if the amount of calories burned in fasted cardio vs cardio at other times is the same, I think the results could be favorable in the fasted group utilizing these tools. Where the calories come from change the outcome a little when everything else is dialed in. Just as Tren is notorious for having a huge recomposition effect because of the nutrient partitioning, fasted cardio with certain drugs and supplements have a partitioning effect of sorts as well.

Just to note, I have no degrees, certs, or any experience doing a contest prep so take what I say with a grain of salt. I’m just a guy who started working out in middle school and still loves it. I’ve been reading and learning for years and always test different things out on myself. I’ve never dieted to contest condition but have gotten fairly lean a few times in my life.

This may be a dumb question but does using informed delivery put you at anymore “risk” when ordering things of this nature?
I swear I read about a case where someone being prosecuted kept checking a tracking number. They have your IP so it's hard to deny you didn't know about the shipment.

Use 17 instead.

He posted that he’s sucking and fucking minors in the Maldives for CNY and will be back mid-February. He said just to continue to send BTC to his old wallet and orders thru WhatsApp and they will get filled. Nothing to be concerned about.

By the way does anyone know what color cap is for IM A FUCKING MORON AND LAZY AS FUCK?
Accusations and/or even speaking about sexual assault against minors in an attempt at humor is pretty fucked up. You need a good solid beating. Too bad you have the gift of anonymity. You should get a fat ban at least… punk ass.

Thank you. I can see some ways that may work. It probably doesn’t move the needle much overall, but when it comes to that final edge to prep, it might be enough.

On the flip side, I think I remember Peter Attia taking about a diabetic patient who would eat high-carb meals, and immediately do a long cardio session, which works to prevent the insulin spike that a diabetic would normally have. So cardio may play a role in insulin sensitivity, and that may be an area that some folks could explore as well.

Check out this Saturday Night Live skit. Wait until Dwayne Johnson comes out.

this isn’t Saturday night live. And he’s not Dwayne Johnson. You failed to change my mind on what I consider funny and the context in this case, is not funny. There are rules in this forum that do not apply to Saturday Night Live skits.

“You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws. Im sure Ghoul, who gave my previous post a thumbs down, apparently condoning using sexual assault against minors in an attempt at humor, knows all about the above forum rules….

However, that skit I do find pretty funny due to the context in which was written.

I understand your point, but what do you mean that it isn't SNL or Dwayne Johnson?

Edit: I get it now. This forum isn't SNL.

Sure cardio helps with insulin sensitivity but a diabetic exercising after meals capitalizes on a more direct glucose disposal pathway.

Muscle contraction itself induces skeletal muscle glucose uptake independent of insulin - and importantly in the context of T2DM, independent of insulin sensitivity.

Tl;dr: go for a walk after eating.
