I have 5 boxes since a few days but still can't figure out to who to ship them, how many, and who to refund. Will think a bit more when I have the time to.

I have been a customer of yours for years.
Typically very good experiences overall. Your support email I have had low success with so I am posting about this order error.
(I don’t have a direct escalation email)
Also believe it will be a good opportunity to boost your reputation in a positive way and for you to show the community how you resolve these challenges.
Community Call Out: 90% of my order was accurate, I also have had nearly 100% success rate with BG over last couple years.
CHALLENGE:
Attached you will see a screenshot of Order:19809
- Placed on January 2nd.
Ordered: 5x Amoxicillin 875mg/Clavulanic acid 175mg. (See order screenshot)
Received: 4x Amoxicillin 1000mg. (See photo)
Aside from being shorted 1 pack, these two items are not created equal. What I ordered is far superior. (Clavulanic acid helps in preventing the antibiotic from being deactivated in some individuals)
As a result Amoxacillin/Clavulanic Acid is also superior in reaching deep systemic infections for oral and intramuscular infection.
Please resend this portion of the order.
***EDIT*** Leaving up entire post for community education. Did some more due diligence, looks like the product is actually both substances and just not split apart on labeling.
That is a first for me. Most Pharma lists both ingredients. Google the product before making assumptions folks. This is my failure.

Hi, please look more carefully, the product sent is Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid 875+125 and has 14 pills not 10. So in the end you have received 6 tablets more than ordered.

Outstanding. Perhaps I should write these things when I’m not lifting. Apparently multi tasking is not my strong suit.
Still missing parts of my order, no comms on any channel. Unreal.
