Hi BG, long Time customer here. Lately, orders have taken a long time, that's okay, it would just help if you communicate that you have some backlog with the orders. In that regard: Ordered more then 3 weeks ago, got no updates, no answer to E-Mails. Can you give me an status update for order 20093?

I would also lime to place another Order but now I am worrying due to the current Situation.

People don't have to read the entire thread to know BG has slow comms. It's baked into the cake. If they're impatient and order anyway, it's on them.
