Maybe all the news about paring down government workers and defunding lots of government programs and departments will come true. If that happens then things might become even more loose than before. That's until Musk gets a big contract to implement Tesla brand scanners for customs. Musk likes productivity though. Maybe that's why my recent order of modafinil and armadafinil cruised right through customs, no issue. Trump seems to want to re-masculinize the US, so that's good news for getting gear.

Thanks for that. If anyone is feeling adventurous they could try CIAmediical. They used to sell without a license. It's $10 more, but they have other goodies like the non-coring, vented and sidewall flow BD / Nokor needle optimized for peptide/protein reconstitution.(releases vacuum, then vents pressure as water is injected, preventing the foaming that induces protein aggregation caused by the air/liquid "interface" phenomenon).

PS: If it works please let us know here so there's a second source if it becomes necessary. Also, they ship to Europe at much better rates than Medex. I know one person who had a case of Hospira sent to Italy successfully. Worst case scenario, if they won't ship you'll get a refund.

Syringes are technically not RX for most states. NY is one of the notable exceptions. I always added the syringes to my order without issue,

I'm inclined to believe the price went up because MedEx was selling old batches of Hospira with 05/2025 expiration dates at $86.95. I exchanged mine and was sent 03/31/2026 expiry.

If they are getting new batches, and since prices of goods continue to rise, I imagine an $8.00 increase (9%) is on par.

However, as with everything else that pertains to @Ghoul's clairvoyance, I've gone ahead and ordered another case (I guess I'll just have to hold off on "Taurine Transport Bac" for now).

What I don't understand is the Rx requirements, if any, regarding Bac. Some places will state a Rx is required, but after placing an order it's not requested. This has happened with Bac and other "uncontrolled" products on these medical supply websites.

Most of those guys are more interested in selling bac than in the actual paperwork. The ones serious about paperwork don't let you register on their sites without the RX

Anyone at all who uses GH or peptides regularly has no excuse to not buy 2-3 packs, which is plenty to last several years, if there is even a hint of it being locked down

but does bac water really "expire", i eat yogurt thats expired with no problem, I guess its just a "sell by date" kinda thing that they are required to follow?

It doesn't really expire, as long as the seal and stopper remain intact then the solution itself will remain unchainged for decades if stored properly

It doesn't really expire, as long as the seal and stopper remain intact then the solution itself will remain unchainged for decades if stored properly

Great to know. Just like gear can last for a long time if unopened and properly stored.

So the idea is that you are guaranteed efficacy of the bac water (i.e 28 days activity) after opening until that date. While Bac is bac, after 'expiry' date, the degradation after opening may be more rapid and bacteriostatic activity can no longer be guaranteed.
Tests have been done that show minor degradation of Bac although how this relates to rate of antimicrobial activity is not directly demonstrated

That said, if you are going to use bac years beyond sell by date, why not just buy sterile water that is waaay cheaper and BA that lasts waaay longer and add your BA to the Sterile water when its time to use?

So the idea is that you are guaranteed efficacy of the bac water (i.e 28 days activity) after opening until that date. While Bac is bac after expiry date, the degradation after opening may be more rapid and bacteriostatic activity can no longer be guaranteed.

2 years is usually a sign that an expiration date was established with the minimal effort "default" value, It's really more of a "reinspection date"., something we saw put into practice during Covid. Manufacturers can apply for longer dates, with some basic testing, but they have no incentive to do so. They want their stock being tossed out and replaced.

The only significant change after expiration I could see happening is the PH sliding out of range, though the vial is made from a material to prevent that, I'm sure it'll happen eventually after years,

If Testosterone loses minimal potency and maintains sterility after 5 years+, water and BA should be far more stable,

But of course, fresh is always better.

What kind of degradation are you referring to? The 28 day thing is for sterility concerns in multi-use multi-patient setting. You could add USP BA to sterile water. You may not get the same pH as from pre-mixed solution.

Just be sure it's Sterile Water for Injection, not just Sterile Water. There are 4 grades of Benzyl Alcohol for human use. Only those labeled "for Parenteral use" or "Endotoxin free" are considered suitable for injection.
