EU success rate for delivery?

Our European Union warehouse, despite its limited inventory, is highly recommended as it guarantees a 100% likelihood of order fulfillment.

However, due to customs regulations, successful delivery from our Indian warehouse may only reach a 60% success rate in certain countries. Therefore, we advise customers to place smaller orders and assume responsibility for any potential risks associated with delivery to the EU.

Reships to the EU are not offered.

I had a package ship 11/25. It landed on 11/28 and was with Customs until 1/9 when it amazingly started moving again. I had wrote that shipment off as a loss. It was delivered to my door 1/17. I wasn’t home but they had my Wife sign for it.

This is my 8th UAE shipment but the first we had to sign for. They usually leave it in the mailbox and move on. But the package had not been opened and had no Customs decals/stickers on it.

No signature required on my pack that landed about a week ago. Maybe a local thing with your service (?). Other people have mentioned it can be at the delivery person's discretion.

We recently got a new mailman. Maybe that’s why. My old mailman was fat and lazy and tossed my packages around like a football.

Placed order on 12/28. Placed 2nd order on 12/30. Both packages were signature required landed at my house on 1/22. Mailman put one in the mail box and left a notice for the other lol. Easy to navigate website and checkout process and good communication. Would order from again

Ordered 1/11. 17track stopped updating once package hit stateside 1/20 and with all the customs inspections in that particular area of the US, I was getting nervous. But package was received today exactly 2 weeks later.
I ordered a vast amount of random shit for my go bag, and everything was surprisingly present and accounted for. I thought for sure they’d miss a box of the 7th random antibiotic. Their website is also boss, making the whole process insanely easy.

2 months and nada still from the UAE - ordered on 12/1/24 and now caught in some loop between my city and local DC since 1/10. No more movement since the 19th. No reshipment yet since this going back and forth between DC and my city shows up on parcel app(?) and not 17track.

Time to consider it a loss and try the competition I think.

Order placed January 4th, landed January 28th. I actually didnt open the package yet, but I trust itll match my order just like they have in the past.

Was getting spooked by the customs stuff here, guess its just a luck of the draw, always buy in bulk if there are hiccups

It will eventually run out of stack space routing waypoints and stop tracking.. or get delivered.

All of my UAE packs have signature required and my mailman just signs them for me if I’m not home. We’re literally in the middle of no where and he doesn’t want to carry them back to the post office.

Packing update said my package couldn't be delivered because no one could sign for it and they would leave a notice.

Probably had 3 people home at that time and didn't have anything in the mail or on the door about a failed delivery. That makes me think they didn't actually try to deliver anything. My dogs would've been barking like fools if someone knocked.

Never had to sign for a package from many different vendors before- and it's the same shipping servicer as always

On my informed delivery portal it does not have any packages marked as "expected" to be delivered yesterday or today. So i'm thinking 17track might've just made some shit up or the delivery folks put in a random code to keep the status moving. Guess we'll see!

You have to sign for packages from this vendor, I’ve ordered from them several times over the past month and it’s always gone smoothly. You sure it’s being delivered to the correct address? That would explain why you aren’t getting informed delivery
