Anti-Aging skincare routine?

Damn yeah I always get nervous reading up on the effects of night shift and all the doom and gloom behind it. How it shortens longevity, circadian rhythms, just overall health in general. Been looking into NAD+ and like NMN for what you had mentioned as far as lower living layers go. As it stands now I don’t see myself moving of the shift for atleast 2-3 years. I don’t want to age 10 years in the face while doing so hahaha
From experience working all types of schedules, the most important thing to do is a SOLID routine. Always sleep, eat, workout, and rest at the same time. Even when you are off DO NOT go to bed and change your sleep pattern. Go to bed within 2 hours of your normal time.

I’ve been working night shifts too, and it really messes with your skin. A while ago, I started using a cpin for some acne scars I had from my younger years. Honestly, it’s been a game-changer. The collagen stimulation really helped smooth out the scars and gave my skin a more refreshed look. I also incorporated a good peptide serum and eye cream into my routine to combat those under-eye bags. It took some time, but consistency really pays off. For red light therapy, I’ve heard good things about it, though I haven’t tried it personally yet.

My wife had some kinda bad stretch mark scaring after our second kid.

I think she tightened everything up fairly well with just exercise diet and coco butter.

For myself my acne and acne scars have lightened up almost 70% naturally after learning compound selection bloods and hygiene. No meds just some fancy body washes and exfoliating.

Bought some topical GHK CU serum from amazon and my skin looks way better and smoother. Been on it for 3 or 4 months but I saw the effect during the first month. Great stuff and cheap too.
If you think topical GHK-Cu is great, wait until you try injection. You'll turn into a pin cushion though.

It looks like the Dr Pen I use for scalp micro needling (to maintain a full head of hair) (ref). Adjustable depth 0-2.5 mm.

Screw hgh and anything else.

Tretinoin is all you need, makes wonders if used consistently long term.
do you have a brand or product that you could pass on? Theres so many varieties, im wondering what is the best most effective products? Tia

all that matters with Tret is the concentration imo, start off low. You can’t get tret over the counter in the US but you can get it easily with Amazon pharmacy or Goodrx telehealth or from our friends in India. I also recommend some azelaic acid which will help with inflammation/redness on face that you may get from tret.

0.025% tretinoin
10% azelaic acid

I've been using Retin-a for like 20+ years. It's basically all the same (either gel or cream). Right now I'm using Menarini gel 0.1% diluted with a little moisturizer so it's probably closer to 0.025-0.05%.

You want to start low (0.025-0.05%), but still expect a few days of redness & photosensitivity.

For general skin health, smoothing, fine lines etc, I don't think people go higher than 0.05%.

I personnaly like my ice mask that i put in the fridge then stick it over my eyes. I believe it helps not only on the physical side but also mentally
