LOW thyroid panel numbers

Those 3 that weren’t shown weren’t tested, they were just being shown for future reference in case I need/want to get them done.
Yes, I comepelty agree and plan on testing again when returning to TRT to get a better look at the big picture.
Guess I'm confused. Homocysteine mildly elevated, fibrinogen, and CK high. I thought they were tested.

Ahhh yes, I thought you were referring to the other non result thyroid panels. Those lab levels were out of range but aren’t necessary a concern as being type 1 diabetic plays a role in those numbers and there not at a level worth being concerned about. Also training hard played a role in those numbers.

Looking at those free T4 levels again, depending on the lab you're just under, or borderline. Literally .01 away from hypothyroidism at best.

That puts you at statistically greater risk of death(mostly elevated coronary risk), particularly if you're under 40.

Under 60 you want ideally to be in the top 1/3 of the range, Over 60 between the 20th and 40th percentile for men. (whatever that is, I don't have the chart in front of me).

Well that I wasn’t aware of. A side note im in my 20’s. Obviously my best bet is shining light on this subject to my doctor and immediately getting it under control but as of yesterday when y doctor went over the results he did mention he was shocked they were this low but looking at me(as I’m in great shape) he really only mentioned to increase my selenium but didn’t point me towards any meds.

With that being said, in the meantime on my own I’m gonna start up the t4 at 50mcg like you mentioned.

Thanks again Ghoul, Please any more advice and info please give it my way, I need all the help I can get!
