Given that he mentioned WAIS-III that's likely a test from a couple decades ago. Depending on how old the guy is, I imagine he's spent quite some time cultivating a sense of self worth predicated on that one event.

If you have the test code, you can get CallOnDoc to prescribe just about any tests you want for $30. The tests will be billed to your insurance. Just put the test name and code in the "additional tests" section after selecting something from the usual list, and specify you want it from Quest.

It is. They call it Growth Hormone Antibodies. They have another called Growth Hormone Serum which is likely what Fitomics offers via Quest.
