I’m almost positive it does but I cannot remember the source on it.
Is AUC for IGF-1 changed by GH dosing frequency with same total GH dose per day?
I always get my blood work done at 0830 (8am) and I don't eat past 1800 (6pm)If you shoot the full dose at night, when do you get the blood done to see your igf-1?
subqFor those that did take it at night, was it subq or IM?
Are you saying HGH lowered your e2? I wasn't aware that was a possibilityThe data:
Natty = 237 @ 47 E2
2.4iu = 230 @ 30 E2
3.6iu = 362 @ 19 E2
wait...what???
Thats amazing bro. How does it feel being that high? I'm on the lower end (100ng/ml). Hoping to double it with 1-2iu's per day when I get @Opti package.yea 3IU IM takes me in the upper end of the reference range.
This was me on 5IU IM nightly. It had me almost double the reference range (but gave me some water retention and numbness in my hands), so I backed it off.
Please note units are in nmol/L

Thank you sincerely for calling out importance of attaching units to numbers.Please note units are in nmol/L

The thing is the QSC kits (according to Jano) are 1-2IU overdosed. So if I was splitting a 10IU vial into 3, I might effectively be getting 3-4IU in reality.On 5 IU/d, 451 ng/dL is a good response.
According to the natty IGF-1 thread, that would typically take 6-7 IU/d.
We're used to seeing IGF-1 expressed as ng/dL.
