How to start HGH for HRT?

I’m almost positive it does but I cannot remember the source on it.

Looking at the PK/PD model it would be hard to rationalize this given the data in Fig. 2

I'll have to look at this more. It's a PK/PD model for GH/IGF-1 vs straight PK model for Test ester. Splitting up the dose for Test ester won't improve mean serum numbers and AUC will stay the same.

Is AUC for IGF-1 changed by GH dosing frequency with same total GH dose per day? Interesting concept but given IGF-1 PD parameters hard to rationalize.

yea 3IU IM takes me in the upper end of the reference range.

This was me on 5IU IM nightly. It had me almost double the reference range (but gave me some water retention and numbness in my hands), so I backed it off.

Please note units are in nmol/L

Thats amazing bro. How does it feel being that high? I'm on the lower end (100ng/ml). Hoping to double it with 1-2iu's per day when I get @Opti package.

On 5 IU/d, 451 ng/dL is a good response.

According to the natty IGF-1 thread, that would typically take 6-7 IU/d.

We're used to seeing IGF-1 expressed as ng/dL.

The thing is the QSC kits (according to Jano) are 1-2IU overdosed. So if I was splitting a 10IU vial into 3, I might effectively be getting 3-4IU in reality.

We use nmol/L in Australia

Folks in the northern hemisphere may be wondering, how does nmol/L translate into ng/mL?

multiply by 7.65

59 x 7.65 = 451
