Woman in my 30's. I'm currently on sema with a cagri boost for the liver benefits, with a freezer full of that and tirz for if sema stops working for me. I have reta and survo on the way. Also doing Glow protocol as of a week ago and learning about topical pep use. Down 32 lbs since my first sema dose on 10/1/24. Usually on other forums, but this one has a focus on things other than glp-1's and I have been lurking for a while absorbing some of the information- some of it just to sate my own curiosity. I'm at the point where I'm starting to explore working out in addition to my current glp1 usage and sustainable diet changes, and I'm learning a lot by lurking here, as the only exercise I've ever done long term is cardio. I have very little knowledge otherwise. The more information I have available the better, and I saw someone mention on another thread that it's typical to make an introduction post, and that I may not have access to everything without one. I did neglect to read the pinned post, for which I apologize.

The Tracy thing is a running joke elsewhere. I should have read the vibes here a little more closely before making an introduction that was funny only to myself.

I'm not sure if he's here or not. I believe he was blacklisted elsewhere. I'm still exploring here, and I'm trying not to mention vendor companies by name so I don't accidentally get myself immediately banned.

Stick to my posts on the topic outside of the QSC shithole for decision making. I use that place to hone my positions for discussion in the threads higher quality members frequent and better behavior is expected. It forces me to make complex subjects straightforward enough for Meso's lowest common denominator members to understand.

I often realize I don't want to inadvertently "reduce harm" for someone that should be left to Darwin so I'll leave a point hanging or not put in my best effort.
