Reta is boss when on a lean bulk. It makes me hungry enough to eat over maintenance, but keeps the alcohol and sugar cravings at bay. I swear that shit is magical too. It blasts away any fat you have first and is pretty muscle sparring. It’s also more forgiving if you eat a whole box of Honeycomb after shoulder day. I use it when on a primo cycle as well, since it obliterates ldl and trigs. It’s pricey right now, but I’ve gotten good quality Reta from PGB and ZYH. IMO worth the money.

im constantly on ashwandaga and it keeps me mega chill. mostly use it to sleep better but i noticed i stay really chill out through out the day too.

Yeah. I meant comparative studies.. the study i was looking for had Survo and Reta vs Tirz. Anyway. Sema's biggest advantage is the price. And now that 7.2 shows just slightly under the weightloss of Tirz, people may shift. Especially the "i feel zero suppression on Tirz" crew.. provided they can stand the sides

These types of articles are hard to draw conclusions from because of discrepancies in study structure (e.g. follow-up time and medications used), but Tirz with only exercise lowered A1c greater than Retatrutide; Tirz with Metformin was even more substantial and had a 2.3% reduction vs 2.02%. The issue is Tirz' study took A1c at 40 weeks vs 24.

Variance in People’s tolerance amazes me, I can run near 2Gs a week (150MG a day of that being tren ace and the rest enanthate) and sleep fine, acid reflux is harsh but manageable with omeprazole, I’m just a bit aggressive, however if I even breath near dianabol, my appetite is gone, stomach ruined, stupid low dosages too like 20MG

keto solved the heat issue for me, but i could never manage the heartburn without famotidine. it never really made me crazy per se, just totally indifferent about everything...i actually tanked a relationship or two because i just couldn’t really give a fuck about much. but it was the sleep sides that were the worst. it fucked with my sleep so much, i finally conceded it was not a net positive and put it away.
