Didn't you and others develop full body skin sensitivity for some unknown reason?
It’s funny you mentioned skin sensitivity. I’ve been taking a high dose of Sema, and I just started experiencing that occasionally on my back and arms (if that’s the same thing you’re referring to). It’s the only effect/side effect I’ve noticed so far. It kind of feels like goosebumps or a sunburn, but without the pain.
Sema still, it hasn’t helped with appetite control, but now with this tingle sensation I know there has to be something in those vials besides baby laxative.

Ugh… was doing 0.2 ml… because cheap me was trying to get the highest amount of product in the least amount of water…

Do you have any indication for HgH, does that work the same way? Sharing is caring!
10IU 0.5ml if I remember correctly is the minimum recommended dilution

Exactly the same principles apply to HGH.

Using the highest concentration of somatropin in a commercial formula it comes out to .05ml per IU. So 10iu would be .5ml. Keep in mind though, this is with numerous excipients UGL doesn't contain to control aggregates. I would just shoot for .5ml at any dose below 10iu, It'll keep your reconstituted peptide in better condition for longer than a more concentrated vial.

Aggregates form over time, the "incubation" period, and especially if you're filtering a vial once (vs per dose aka "bedside filtration"), a higher dilution rate buys more time.

Everyday I learn something new. That’s the beauty of life. Thanks for the info!!!!

Yea. It doesn’t have to be full body sensitivity. I’d sometimes have it just on my legs, sometimes on my arms and legs, and sometimes pretty much everywhere. It’s mostly subsided now after over 12+ months of GLP use.

Following this news that sudden drop in BG with glp1 drugs can create this issues, reta become even more interesting as it doesn't allow your body to go hypoglicemic. That's why ppl find it doesn't reduce your BG much.... For what I have understood it's not really it doesn't reduce it much.. it is more a balancer of BG. So compares to tirz and sema that will just reduce it as much as they can so unless you are counterbalancing it with loads of carb or induced insulin resistance (HGH) you can go hypo.

Reta instead as soon as your body goes below a threshold it starts releasing glucose from the liver and raise the BG.

Many ppl that were suffering from hypoglicemia fixed their BG using reta
My vision has definitely changed.
Background: Taking tirz for about 6 months. Initially from Henry Meds (compounding Rx) then over to QSC. Down 30lbs, 230-200lbs so far. Never diabetic. No high BP issues ever or other conditions that might mess up my vision.
Had to go out and get a new eyeglass Rx last week.
Told doc about weight loss/tirz, and he said "yeah, that's probably why. we're seeing vision changes with people on GLPs"
He attributed it to "less inflammation and less physical pressure on the eyes."
Guess we'll see if this is a problem or not down the road. Maybe just fat people getting unfat vs some new side effect of the drugs. I'll let you guys know if I go blind.

Sema 7.2mg and CagriSema trials both ended up being failures(hitting Novo's stock price) , despite early promising results,
Why do you think the sema trial was a failure? The data that was released last month looked good for the 7.2mg trial. Just wondering If I missed something.

The randomized, double-blinded, parallel-group, superiority phase 3 STEP UP trial (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT05646706) enrolled 1407 adults aged 18 years and older with a body mass index of at least 30kg/m2 and without diabetes. Study participants were randomly assigned to receive subcutaneous semaglutide 7.2 mg, semaglutide 2.4 mg, or placebo once weekly; all treatments were in conjunction with lifestyle interventions.

Results based on the trial product estimand (treatment effect if all people adhered to treatment) showed semaglutide 7.2 mg-treated patients achieved a superior weight loss of 20.7% after 72 weeks compared with a weight loss of 17.5% and 2.4% in those treated with semaglutide 2.4 mg and placebo, respectively. Notably, 33.2% of patients who received semaglutide 7.2 mg had a weight loss of at least 25% compared with 16.7% with semaglutide 2.4 mg and 0.0% with placebo.

Findings from the treatment policy estimand (treatment effect regardless of treatment adherence) demonstrated similar results, with the semaglutide 7.2 mg group achieving a superior weight loss of 18.7% vs 15.6% and 3.9% for the semaglutide 2.4 mg and placebo groups, respectively.

Treatment with semaglutide 7.2mg was safe and well-tolerated, with the most common adverse events reported being mild to moderate gastrointestinal issues.

did/do you monitor glucose? Do you go hypoglycemic regularly?

i've had Fantastic success with bpc157, ymmv,
My wife had great results with oral BPC for her gut issues. Me using it for injury repair feels like a placebo, but I may just be underdosing. I have been using it for three months post-op for a hernia repair, and I feel no difference compared to natural healing.

"Failed" from a business perspective.

Both of these trials were intended to give Novo a product to compete with Eli Lilly. Neither did.

CagriSema failed to reach its target and underperformed Reta results,

While it's good to know much higher doses of Sema are safe, triple the dose for a 2.5% median greater weight loss vs 2.4mg, along with a disproportionate increase in sides is nothing to get excited about. What doctor would prescribe this over Tirz?

All they can do with these is drop the price, and say "May not be as good as Zepbound/Reta but it's a better value.", if they do market either.

What the f dude?! My friends don’t give me free shit, let alone top quality stuff like that.

Although I am a smartass publicly, privately i am a pretty ok dude which has warranted me some pretty amazing online friends on this board and discord. It's fucking amazing the kindness and comradery that goes on behind the scenes here without any drama or negativity . It truly warms my heart.. now fuck.off

if your doing less than 1 mg per dose of injectable bpc157 , then yes you are under dosing imho,, ive used up to 5 mg a day split in several injections and have had amazing results "aiding" in a severe tennis/golfers elbow injury,,

Oral is great for gut but not for healing other areas from what I’ve read.

BPC did nothing for me. I went up to 2mg/day, though maybe a higher dosage would’ve been worth it. I was trying to decrease the chronic pain from an overuse injury after 25 years of martial arts, but gave up on BPC after 5 months. Anecdotally though it’s helping people a lot with recent injuries, even if not so much with chronic injuries.
