The planet fitness I went to in SC had free weights. I was also told it isn’t a sound sensitive alarm it is a button they push if someone is being blatant. Never went off when I went.

The downsides with them is that there are no free weights and the crowds can get shitty
I tried one back home last week. It’s decent enough for what I need. I typically do my benching, OHP, and RDL’s on a smith machine, and sometimes bent over rows too. It would be nice to have heavier dumbbells, but I can manage if they have 75’s. I found a promo code the other day for $25 black card with no commitment, quit anytime. I can get my tan on, sit in a massage chair, and be good for summer by the pool.

I am not exactly sure, mostly GLP and maybe my consistent cardio and lifting. This pic shows the first two values on Tirz, two values with no GLP over the summer, and the two last(best) values are from low doses of Reta.
That’s pretty cool. It does look like Reta really has an effect on lipid levels. I may decide to try it.

Anyone know of the best current peptide supplier until qsc comes back? Want to buy a years supply of sema or reta at least to run. Preferred one who isn't upcharging out the ass ATM. OK with waiting a month
peptides are still easy to come by, despite QSC’s recent MIA status. there are several Chinese sources in this underground that are delivering, but it really is best to take a deep dive into recent chatter and make your own decision. i’m confident you’d find a winner by looking into the most popular threads.

So the one with a pool is by where I work. I work in the area w all the millionaires and fellow rich people. I figure it'll be nice. The gym costs about twice as much as the one by where I live, and I might run into coworkers.

Or I can do the one by where I live. I live in a sketchy area. So the more expensive one is the right choice. I'm just having trouble convincing myself to spend the money.

I used to go to a gym with a pool, and one of the sort of unexpected perks for me was that there were quite a few people who would go there to train for triathlons. The pool wasn’t huge but it was long enough for them to get a bit of work done. Seeing them doing meaningful training made me want to do better. I don’t usually get that kind of inspiration from the average commercial gym.

Lifting doesn’t do anything for me, if I’m honest. I only do it so I can be a better runner. If you’re more into racing as well and you’re going to spend money then you’d better spend the extra so you can go where the pool is.

Also, the one with all of the rich people will probably have lots of trophy wives with nice shitters walking around. Consider it a membership bonus.
That’s my 2 bucks.

Lifting is a necessary evil.
