How much more weight to lose ?

Hey guys in this pic 5’11 200lbs

My goal is to get to at least 10% bf and work from there. How much fat would you estimate I have to lose based on these pics?

Already had it drained, getting the solid tissue surgically removed. In the meantime i want to focus on my physique. All I need is at least to a good estimate of my bf% and where to go from there.
if you are looking for help write down what you currently eat, your training and the AAS you use, so it's a start, otherwise it's like going blind

It's hard to estimate, 10 to 12%, an evident abdomen does not mean being in shape, you should send photos from a distance, front and back, the back will speak for itself, I myself always have evident abs without ever training them but only diet, that's genetics

I would say a little bit more, up to 15%. More pictures would be great.

I’m most likely 14-15% bf though it’s hard to say I was 183lbs two weeks prior so I’d been gorging on 6k calories of fast food, holding a lot of water in the pic. No way am I 10-12% I would have striations and muscle fibers showing.

why 6000kcal if you weight 183lbs , in my opinion if you want a good startup you need a complete bloodwork

Set the phone up, set it on delay, it will give a countdown, and take a shot without using the mirror. If it does not do well, try adjusting and taking it again. Sometimes photos are better on 2X than on 1X, I do not know why.

Set the phone up on the mirror with the lens facing you and do a back double biceps and a lat spread.

Pics will look better that way than mirror selfies, anyway.

This pic was 2 weeks ago, I just started back training and eating properly last week (6 month layoff and was eating 1200 calories daily). My goal is to get to 8-10% bf and rebound to 200lbs lean. I want to cut this down quickly while regaining lost muscle/strength. I just started on a simple DC split which is perfect for my training style and recovery.

My questions would be:

1. Would it be better to run basic cruise dose 150/150 test:mast or 500 test with a little masteron/eq ?

2. Would 200g protein be sufficient for retaining lean mass if I am cutting 1-2lbs a week?
