I wouldn't hesitate.
Ok now my wife wants to try trizepatide, shes been on semaglutide taking .75mg..
So I have a few questions, how much bac water I mix in a 10mg vial of the trizepatide and what would be accurate dosage to take ty
Stool softener also helps along with pooping meds…I tried this and it fucked me up pretty badly. Massive constipation. Not trying that again. Kind of a dumb mistake being as everything was working fine, I was just trying to fix a number.
It would be reasonable to start at 5mg if she's at .75mg Sema.
You should aim for .5ml volume doses for Tirz, so 1ml for that vial.
She may feel like it's not working. Tirz sides are much lighter than Sema. Give it two weeks at 5mg before increasing to 7.5mg if she needs more appetite suppression.
You might dilute with 4 mL of bac water for 1 mL to equal what she should start with, 2.5 mg weekly. She might be able to ramp up a tad sooner than 4 weeks in since she’s already on semaglutide.Ok now my wife wants to try trizepatide, shes been on semaglutide taking .75mg..

Ok so how many units
5mg is how many units?
So that vial is only 2 doses?1ml / 10mg is 100 units.
So .5ml / 5mg is 50
So that vial is only 2 doses?
Wow that's much more expensive than the semaglutide, appreciate the info!10mg? Yep.
Tirz volumes are much higher.
Official doses are 2.5mg-15mg.

Appreciate the help bruv!!! Thought it would have more sides…I wouldn't be concerned with a vial that's 10% heavy. It's not gong to translate into any kind of significant difference in real world use.
I’m not the best at math so I like to keep things simple. I just download the peptide calculator app and I usually use 1ml of bacteriostatic water to keep it simple. Sometimes 2ml depending on the peptide and concentration. But you just plug in the data like 15mg for the peptide content, 1ml for the reconstitution amount and the desired amount you are wanting and it gives you the number to draw out. Hell, it even shows you a picture of what the syringe should look like after drawing desired amount.Hey! Going to start tirz soon, going to get the 15mg vials. Any advice on a good amount of bacs to reconstitute with? Been trying to find is theres some kind of guideline on the right amount to be injecting. Going with the standard plan of 2.5mg, to 5mg etc...
e.g in a 15mg vial if i reconstituted with 1ml bacs, using a 1ml insulin needle for a 2.5mg dose that would be pulling the syringe to 16.7, then for the 5mg dose it would be pulling to 33.3 units. Is the advisable or should i reconstitute with a bit more?
Sorry if this seems like a bit of a noob question btw i'm very new to a lot of this! haha
Cheers
I didn't realise theres an app, cheers for the help definitely gonna download that!I’m not the best at math so I like to keep things simple.
