Just seen. Had this issue quite a while back. I ran a bunch of tests and it all came back to the water. This has been a issue since the beginning of time. Would be a great success if this was the issue and we figured it out, I would think. That being said, I'm not sure if it's a cause or the reason. Meaning, if it's just one reason out of many why hgh does this.

Stan, can you comment on the excipients used in your GH? This will point us to the solution chemistry once the bac water is added to the puck. For example, adding Hospira bac water to Serostim or Pregnyl bac water to their u-hCG results in an immediately clear solution upon reconstitution. No bubbles. Crystal clear.

I'll refrain from speculating on the bubble formation mechanism until I get your take on excipients. Usually that means lyophilized product formula is mismatched with reconsitution liquid if any bubbles formed at any point in time upon careful introduction of bac water to the puck. I can not. I don't make my own gh. As for the bubbles, every vial of any lypolized product I've ever reconstituted had temporary bubbles. They quickly dissipate.

Is this only happening with your specific brand or is it across the board bc I'm pretty sure standard bac water is always .9 percent and that's what everyone is using across all these brands, no?

Seems like it could be an outlier. Let's see what happens with Stan's BAC water. It's not across the board with UGL hGH & Hospira BAC.

• Aim the stream of diluent against the side of the vial to prevent foaming and gently swirl the vial with a rotary motion until the contents are completely dissolved and the solution is clear. Do not shake the vial since shaking or vigorous mixing will cause the solution to be cloudy.
• Inspect visually for particulate matter and discoloration. If the resulting solution is cloudy or contains particulate matter do not use.
• Occasionally, after refrigeration, some cloudiness may occur. Allow the product to warm to room temperature. If cloudiness persists or particulate matter is noted do not use.

It's probably the 700mg of test prop giving you the anxiety lol. That's a big time dose of test IMO. 700mg of cyp dosed daily may not do that in the same way.

I was thinking about switching 700 prop for test e. I didn’t think 700 was that much lol. I mean I usually cruise on 200, then walk my way up. As for test cyp I can’t run it all over like 120mg a week without a lot of anxiety lol. Cyp ester does not agree with me. All my cycles usually revolve around 500 to 700 mg test prop or test e

The effect of air-liquid interface on proteins at low shear was examined using a nitrogen bubbling method. We found that foaming is very detrimental to rhGH even though the shear involved is low. The use of anti-foaming materials could prevent rhGH aggregation during bubbling.

This is exactly correct.

Air/Water interface, like aeration from bubbles or shaking, is clearly a source of large aggregate formation in rHGH and many other peptides. Polysorbate is the excipient used to control this.



I doubt the "do not use if you see particles" warning right after "do not shake or your growth hormone may not work" instruction is a coincidence.

A small difference in PH can greatly increase how prone rHGH is to aggregation. Even in the simplest formulation rHGH buffers are always present.

Hospira BAC is ph 5.7, maybe whatever ph Stan's BAC is keeps it more stable.

TBH based on the bedside filtration study, I'd use it if I reconstituted with 3ml and filtered the dose immediately before injecting. It'd probably be lower in particulates than most vials of rHGH left sitting around for days and never filtered.

Someone using low doses daily (2-3iu) this becomes highly uneconomical and that person should probably be buying pharma at that point.

What’s the point of telehealth in this context? Telehealth works but you’re just going to pay more for questionable benefit. Accutane is easily available all over the black market
