Stan, can you comment on the excipients used in your GH? This will point us to the solution chemistry once the bac water is added to the puck. For example, adding Hospira bac water to Serostim or Pregnyl bac water to their u-hCG results in an immediately clear solution upon reconstitution. No bubbles. Crystal clear.Just seen. Had this issue quite a while back. I ran a bunch of tests and it all came back to the water. This has been a issue since the beginning of time. Would be a great success if this was the issue and we figured it out, I would think. That being said, I'm not sure if it's a cause or the reason. Meaning, if it's just one reason out of many why hgh does this.
I'll refrain from speculating on the bubble formation mechanism until I get your take on excipients. Usually that means lyophilized product formula is mismatched with reconsitution liquid if any bubbles formed at any point in time upon careful introduction of bac water to the puck.
