What happened to READALOT?

7 days of 1.5 IU/day Serostim complete. Raised to 1.8 IU/day last night. I may wait till 2 IU/day until I get IGF-1 test.

So far no change in BP or RHR.

Was staying pretty constant at 280 mg/week Test C over last 8 weeks. May drop that down some before introducing new stuff.

Damn u got some seros… ima start low too… like half an iu for me as u have some sugar issues

I think he meant sugar issues - AFAIK he is running sero.
Lol sorry you guys totally lost me. Yes I thought you meant insulin resistance issues @Avies48. Yes i am currently running Sero at 2 IU/d.

90 bucks a day is probably a little too much for me especially given saturation response happens much lower than that. I also have to be careful since prior skin cancers.

Oh wow yeah its expensive but if it is better than ugl… then cool, if not then… eh…

And my baseline igf was 138… so i may end up livin longer than those with raised igf

and yeap skin cancer prior… id be treading lightly as well..

My igf-1 was 100 ng/ml in Dec 2024. I don't want to push it too far but willing to see what 250 ng/ml or maybe 300 buys me. Hopefully something good and not another one of these...

Customers can research the brand they offer.

Evolve, Matrix, (Shree can be iffy). these are the ones to watch out for.

there are 1000+ products from those companies. This is where it would be nice for everything to be tested, but its not realistic.

These are regulated by Indian pharma. If someone can't Google the brands, they shouldn't be buying stuff...
Late to the game commenting here.

Interesting and worrying. Shee venkatesh, from as far as I can tell with some investigation (which isn’t saying much) and convo with a contact in India, is indeed supposed to be a legit pharma company.

Coming to tail end of week 3 (2 IU/d). No changes to RHR, BP. No numbness or bloating. Will hold at 2 IU/day and get blood work. Dropped Test Cyp down to 100 mg/week last week to assess a "TRT" baseline on IGF-1.
Week 4 complete with Sero.

Week 1: 1.5
Week 2: 1.8
Weeks 3 and 4: 2 IU/d

Glad I started low. Started noticing skin itchiness late in week 3. Definitely immune system reaction. Finally got some pain in wrist that woke me up last night. Had noticed some tingles last week. Will pull thyroid and IGF-1 here soon.

No changes to BP, RHR.

Body weight down about 7 lb over last 4 weeks from 250 to 243. Dropping the Test C down probably part of that. Appetite has definitely dropped off.

2iu is giving you ct symptoms, jeeeeze that's rough.

Manageable at this point. Will try some cetirizine that works well for histamine response.

Yep we are all a little different and ages as well. Thought a realistic review would be helpful to counter the 2 IU/d is a baby dose mantra.
I know this is going to sound ridiculous, but I got CTS symptoms at every dose increase. It almost didn’t matter if I went from 2 to 4iu or 6 to 12iu in terms of side effect magnitude re: CTS.

Just my n = 1 anecdote FWIW (2 cents maybe?)

Not picking on you at all man. Was just on 3iu for awhile myself. Just saying if you ever went to 5-10iu it would be a shit time for you lol

Lol. Just hopped on the scale. 239 lb.

I hate it when I find an effective tool to combat body dysmorphia. So essentially I've gone from a little over 250 down to 239 in less than two weeks by dropping TC dose down to 100 mg/week. I'd been at or above 200 per week for quite a while. It's all an illusion.
