Yeah going from 7.5mg to 10mg got me the shits for an entire day, thought i had the stomach flu or so. Easiest diet ever, dropped 2.5KG that dayI'm sure you're relieved it finally worked, lol.
It'll strengthen after the second dose, and a bit more after 3rd and 4th.
When you get to 12.5mg it may be surprisingly stronger, complete with sides, so watch the volume of food you eat for the first couple of days after the 12.5 dose,
Once the new dose kicks in, you can be retroactively "punished" for an amount of food in your gut that was fine on the last dose, So go easy for the first 48 hours.
I have for bikini compHas anyone tried clen on semaglutide?
Hey guys, I'm having some trouble with dissolving the tirzepatide. It seems like every new vial I open takes longer to dissolve.
The first one dissolved in like 2-3minutes, the second one took about 10min, I'm on the third one and I've been wating for like 20min and there's still a bit of powder left to dissolve. Could it be a problem with how I store it? I keep the vails in the fridge in a tapperware and I reconstite each 10mg vial with 2ml bac water, I am on 5mg a week
I'm using bac water from the same ugl I got the tirz from. I know pharma would be better but in my country they don't sell bac water, only sterile water, so I would have had to place another international order just for waterNo that's the correct way, though it takes lingering to dissolve cold.
What BAC are you using?
Why are you split dosing?I'm in my 4th week of Tirz at 3mg per week (1mg on M/W/F), but by the second week, the nausea and acid reflux became too overwhelming. I struggled to eat, so I had to stop taking it.
My Reta just arrived, and I'll be starting it tomorrow at 1.5mg per week (0.5mg on M/W/F).
Any tips on managing acid reflux?
Splitting the dosage helped reduce nausea, but acid reflux remained. Why are you split dosing?
Omeprazole and tums can help with acid reflux.

Starting weight is 210 lbs at 13% ish body fat. I don’t have a specific goal weight, but I aim to reach a true 7-8% body fat (not the common 12% labeled as 8%).That's a heck of strong response to a low dose of Tirz. Not a bad thing. What's your current and goal weight out of curiosity. Just as a datapoint.
Sounds like you'll have no trouble reaching it with that level of sensitivity.
Did you try a single weekly dose, or split from the start as a way to reduce the nausea?

I first tried a single weekly dose, but by the second injection in the second week, I completely lost my appetite the next day. I've read that splitting it into multiple doses per week might help, and while it did with the nausea the acid reflux is pretty bad to the point where I’m drooling at night.
This is my first experience with GLPs, and I mainly wanted a slight boost in appetite control whilst starting my diet. My plan was to experiment with it until I reach the deeper stages of my diet, where lower calories and real hunger suppression would be a welcome.
May I ask who you got it from? Some of the CN vendors say it is bac water but we have come to find out it was just sterile saline. The vendor begged apologies as "language barrier"... that may be the issue.I'm using bac water from the same ugl I got the tirz from. I have no problems instantly dissolving 10mg in 1ml saline water for injections. Something may be off with your tirz.No that's the correct way, though it takes lingering to dissolve cold.

Yes I run tirz and 1000mg ER metformin. Not sure what you are looking for as far as experience. I don’t notice crazy hypoglycemia or anything. I monitor my sugars anywhere from 2-5 times a day. At least faster morning and Pm before bed sugars.Has anyone run Tirza with Metformin, Jardiance or pioglitazone together and could share his experience?
Thanks for your thoughtful and detailed response! I'm almost finished with this Tirz vial and was considering switching to Reta since I have both available (I've only experimented with Tirz so far). Would you recommend sticking with Tirz or making the switch to Reta?Ok this makes sense. I don't want to retype my oversimplified, but fundamentally accurate description of how exogenous GLPs change the "set weight" your body wants to be, but I'll point out that the way that mechanism "senses" that weight is by levels of hormones released by fat, not actual weight or size. Being relatively lean without a GLP tells me your GLP-1 production and / or sensitivity is likely high, and just a little is enough to push your body into "stop eating" mode.
So my opinion on this:
1: You may need to throw out any consideration of standard doses and just go low, because that's all you need.
2. With Tirz, nausea is less than Sema because of an action on the brain by GIP that counters GLPs nausea. I think at very low split dose you're getting the potent GLP-1 symptoms like Sema, but not enough of a spike of the much weaker GIP to reduce nausea.
Consider trying 2mg as a single injection for a week, and see how it goes. Wait at least 5 days from your last microdose and give it a try. You might be surprised that nausea is quite a bit less, despite being counterintuitive. Your appetite will still get crushed, but your discomfort should be about less.
Anyway, best of luck.
I see, i am going to star stacking Tirza with Metformin and Jardiance together with low dose of pioglitazone to drastically improve my Insulin Sensitivity.Yes I run tirz and 1000mg ER metformin. I bought retatrutide from them and it tested zero retatrutide in the vial. Don’t trust that companywhat does that mean?
How do you know? Where is your test it tested at 0? Just curious.I bought retatrutide from them and it tested zero retatrutide in the vial. Don’t trust that company
