Accutane permanent cure?

That every 3rd day dosing is causing wildly fluctuating blood levels of isotretinoin, more than 75% from peak to trough.

Constant levels, with 2x day dosing seem to experience the fewest sides, even at much higher doses.

Notice sides typically worsen when the dose is increased, then lessen after a few days. It may be the crazy fluctuations are stressing your system far more than would be happening without this unique schedule you're using.
Definitely. Asked doc to switch to 10mg daily. Waiting to see where it goes

My protocol was micro dosing. Apparently their MD protocol is only 30/40mg E3D with no explanation as to why. So 10mg ED isn’t an option.

Does anyone have any understanding as to why this makes any sense.

About to just buy 10s from cosmic and do my own thing.

I've read over 100 research papers and journal articles on the topic; and never came across an E3D protocol for acne,

I can only assume it's some variant they came up with for some reason, like cost savings.

There is a lot a deviating from the "standard protocol" of once daily 1mg/kg, but E3D isn't one I've come across, and it defies logic based on the half life,

That said, Accufine is pretty inexpensive, esp with a promo going on now, and very high quality.

Cost was the only reason thing I could rationally think of.

One casual correlation I noticed was that where cost was a major consideration, socialized medicine or poorer countries, various low dose protocols were researched, at the other end, self paying patients using high end "boutique" derms were where the "full steam ahead" high dose variants were used. Most fell somewhere in the middle with the conventional doses.

Seven more weeks of burning eyes and anti-fungal (topical) resistant ringworm. Wonder what random side effect will be next. At least my butthole seems to have been a one-time adjustment.

My HCT is pretty high right now, and I'm going to have to do it myself.

Ivermectin on the way?

I actually have some Ivermectin already, but I did just order some Terbinafine oral. I added the Ivermectin last week at 20mg once a week for a different reason. You think that'd help the ringworm with a different dose/schedule?

By the way, just received my cosmically good order of pharma T3 and Exemestane today. I went back and reviewed dosing for T3, and the restrictions are obnoxious given that it really needs to be taken multiple times a day. Not supposed to eat with meals... and not supposed to take it within four hours of anything that has Calcium, Iron, etc. I may try to use it sublingually.

Ringworm is a fungus, not a parasite, but demodex are often part of the problem, Ivermectin helps relieve ringworm by getting rid of the demodex mites. Just keep it up once a week 20mg for 8 weeks and you'll know for sure at least that aggravating factor will be gone.

I'm very happy the thyroid "optimization" I've been able to get with just T4, luckily. Really a shocking quality of life boost to get free T4 into the 75th percentile range for my age. I see why "thyroid clinics" are popping up all over now.

Did ten days at 40mg 20/20 bumped up to 80mg 40/40 five days ago. Still minimal sides eyes, inside of nose and lips a little dry. I am having little purges, few days ago had some big juicy white heads pop up on my back today chest and stomach. Pores in the T zone are shrinking and producing way less sebum. Have little earwax crumbles falling out of my ears. 5 more days at 80 then going to bump to 120

Love the reduced sebum in ear production so wax stays "dry" and falls out.

I also had a "purge" of stomach acne, which was odd, since I never had acne there before, lol.

High HCT from Acc? And ringworm came from where lol

High HCT is from my regular AAS use, but I can't donate (usually dump double reds) because of the Accutane. I'm not sure where I got the ringworm. I think the fungus is pretty common, but most people's skin is healthy enough to basically say "the fuck outta here." Seems my skin right now is particularly vulnerable. My best guess is from doing planks on the floor and pads at the gym.

People have mixed opinions on this but in the context of avoiding ringworm, I see people wiping down machines before and after using them.

The only time my arms touch anything would be the floor/pads for planks or ups/downs. This is more of a functional movement type gym. It probably had its roots in CrossFit, but no one can say "crossfit" anymore without paying a licensing fee. There are racks, barbells, benches, weights, etc., but no machines. No question that floor and the pads are supremely funky, though. Been really consistent with the Lamasil/Terbenifine cream. Shit is just sticking around obnoxiously long. At least it has not spread.. yet.
