Ok, I do know that, but I never understood how it works. Do they refund $300 only if the purity does not coincide with their own test?

They've stated it before. They credit $300 for proof of any test BUT
- The order must be $500 or more to apply the credit. So you can't order $300 worth of product for free.
- If you have multiple products tested you can only apply credit for one test per order.

I can say that they do grant credit but it did take a few email exchanges to get the credit applied.

Oh no my caps are the same color. Do we want dealers to start inventing new colors? The amount of peptides available exceeds the number of varying cap colors in circulation. Of course some will be the same color.

I’m not defending SSA. Some of these complaints are ridiculous.

Cap color wasn't a complaint so much as a question. Perhaps a legitimate one as there have apparently been issues in this same thread about some items testing at zero % of what they were supposed to be. That being said, same color caps does not necessarily mean anything. But suspicious and worth addressing in light of the source's other behaviors, sure.

Sigma Audley basically claimed they never got my wise.com payment

Wise.com said they did and provided absolute proof it arrived in Sigma's USA bank account.

So they basically took me $600+ dollars and kept it without even attempting to send a product.

I've been patient and waited over a month since I initially sent it.

This is a theme with these guys. There are dozens of reports in this relatively short comment thread telling of screwed up orders followed by a bunch of run-around responses from their sales reps.
It makes me wonder how much customer money they have just floating out there in limbo. Between orders that have seemingly vanished, customs seizures, completely unfulfilled orders, incorrect orders with missing items etc. Just imagine the scale these people are fucking up at on a daily basis.
It's amazing that people are still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Yee have too much faith, in my opinion.
I'm just sayin like I always do...

For me they just blatantly stole my money without even attempting to send a product.

Despite me having absolute proof it was sent to them and arrived in their bank account.

Claiming "Oh, we never received it", then "Oh, we'll send you a refund".

following the thread it seems like the end of all stories are bittersweet but not a scam

Straight up had my money stolen. Have verified receipts with wise.com showing payment confirmation and the payment arrived in their bank account.

They claim they never got the payment, then turned around and said "Oh we'll issue a refund" to brush me off.

They obviously got my money but I'll be warning others to this thread regularly so no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Wise.com transfer receipt and wise.com support staff themselves verified Sigma got my payment.
