Its supposed to be very effective for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.I have tried this and I call Naltrexone "the no fun drug". It literately take all the fun out of everything. Sex, food, driving fast, jerking off, etc. It keeps you from feeling any kind of dopamine rush. However, it is a great tool if you have some kind habit you want to kick or just need a dopamine detox.
Naltrexone does not help really with the symptoms of withdrawl. That's what they give benzos for. This med is used to help prevent a relapse. Its supposed to be very effective for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
However, Its initial design is to help 'Drug Addicts' from withdrawal ...
I'm no expert on the subject, but I'd have to agree with your assertion.Naltrexone does not help really with the symptoms of withdrawl. That's what they give benzos for. This med is used to help prevent a relapse.
It cured my chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia pain from long covid, boosted my T, and started me out on the journey that led me here. Most people don't respond as well as I did.I'm no expert on the subject, but I'd have to agree with your assertion.
NOT SURE how it works with Chronic Fatigue,... i'll have to do more research!
Haven started yet but plan to next weekend. Not sure what dosage though. There is a Vendor selling this item under 3 names

I was thinking about trying some... Are you using it...?
What dosage for you and for how long? Congrats btwIt cured my chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia pain from long covid, boosted my T, and started me out on the journey that led me here. Most people don't respond as well as I did.
I doubt it has significant benefits for people in good health.
The dose is less than 10% of what's used in addiction treatment and the effects are different.
4.5mg, like most people. I started in December 2023 and the full dose kicked in in March 2024. Went from barely being able to work two days a week to full-time now. What dosage for you and for how long? Congrats btw
Outstanding, dude. That’s great and also fascinating. Unfortunately I have the extended release 50mg tabs. I just ordered them as an impulsive throw-in to an international PCT vendor order a while back. I didn’t even know about the microdosing trend when I purchased. So probably going to look for another source soon. Only had read a couple posts over the years about naltrexone and it sounded like something to add to the war chest.4.5mg, like most people. I should do an introduction post with a few more details. An interesting effect was that it made all of my hormone signaling and feedback mechanisms work better (i believe fixing parasympathetic nervous system feedback is one of the main ways it functions). I noticed my muscles growing, experimented with enclomiphene, and now am self-administering TRT and a number of peptides (and low-dose pwo orals lol).
My current state of health and personal fitness goals don't allow for or require actual cycles but outside of that I'm enjoying experimenting with PEDs.

Yeah I ordered it a couple years ago to use after the acutes of kratom withdrawal were over. But never used it. Then saw the benefits of low dose and posted this. Looks helpful for a few conditions. The protocol is to start with .5mg/a day and increase by .5mg every week until you experience relief from the symptoms you're treating or hit the normal dose of 4.5mg/day.
Unless you know how to compound microgram dosages of tablets I'd recommend against it. It is an endorphin releaser. My first week I had massive opioid-type side effects.
It won't do anything to affect your body composition one way or another. It's not purported to have systemic health benefits like (for example) NAD+. Like me, most people take it for a serious health condition. It's available from telehealth clinics because it's helpful for some chronic illnesses but is not yet part of mainstream primary cares.
