I would clarify that term with your doctor about " secondary PV"

You can't get a secondary PV from AAS. If does not give a positive JAK2 mutation
Spaceman,
Please take a look at the below linked paper... this is where I'm getting that "definition." Essentially, they are terming anything other than cancerous PV as "secondary." Let me know if you extrapolate the same conclusion.

Secondary PV...

PV is the acronym for polycythemia vera

Paper is about secondary polycythemia
You're right!
I didn't realize it... I'm adding "vera" to "secondary polycythemia," and that's not how it's refered to. I'll bet my doctor's diagnosis reads that way too.
Details matter. Thank you.

Just to be clear

"Secondary polycythemia" would be a condition involving both white and red blood cells. Not just effecting HCT

Secondary erythrocytosis is what we are referring to when talking about increased HCT due to AAS, smoking, living in altitude etc.

I dont know of many conditions effecting white and red blood cells that isn't a result of polycythemia vera/primary polycythemia (cancer/mutation) so I wonder if that makes Secondary polycythemia a redundant term to use

my understanding is

You either have polycythemia vera (cancer) or Secondary erythrocytosis (increased HCT not caused by cancer)

Of course I could be wrong and happy to be corrected:)

I have beta thalassemia minor. Its a genetic trait originally developed as adaptation to malaria common in the mediterranean basin. RBC are higher in number (6-7), hemoglobin usually lower than normal but the cell size is smaller (mvc below 70).

Personally with aas I would get slightly higher numbers, with hemoglobin actually normalizing and hematocrit staying top 50%.

I wanted to share another positive experience with Lobster.

I've previously ordered the 310iu GH kits and Pharma Slin from Turkey, with no complaints. As of recently, I placed another international order 40+ kits from China to the UK, and I was impressed—it arrived in just 12 days from payment. As always, communication with Lobster was professional and quick. I ordered 13.5iu kits and HCG and everything came as described packaged well, and of course vacuums in both. I’ll be sending the HGH of for Jano testing in the coming weeks and I’ll share the results once they come in.

Thanks again Lobster, and everyone else who’s contributing towards testing:)

That's interesting, thanks for the info. I have seen similar info on some blood work (specifically the mvc)

This guy should inform all the countries that have additional customs fees coming with the shipment...

Atleast in Finland there was additional custom fees that would need ID and credit card use, which is not optimal opsec view.

Lets see if this guy even refunds the package, asked money back since there was no mention about this.

I don’t think it’s on a source to know the customs laws of your country bro

Common procedure - in Dk the courrier charges you about 25$ just to store the parcel while customs are fiddling around with it , to see if they also should charge you something extra etc.......

Not defending the seller, but if you already know how customs work in your country, why not ask him directly before placing the order? It’s not really fair to expect every seller to list the import rules for each country. If you know Finland tends to apply extra fees, a quick message could’ve saved you the trouble.

If you had sent me a constructive message asking, “Can you please help me with this issue?” I would have gladly helped. But if you respond to me with harsh and destructive comments, we will never be able to reach a solution, my friend

Some countries are tax free, and some are not. I don’t have control or full knowledge over which countries apply customs fees and which don’t. Some customers end up paying, and when I ask if they want me to return the fee some say yes, and some say no. But since you immediately attacked me instead of discussing it calmly, I don’t think we’ll be able to reach a solution

Also, I am not the one charging you the tax fee it’s your country’s customs regulations. It’s completely out of my control

When the package is returned to me, you can receive your refund
