Splitting HGH Doses vs Large Shot

Hey guys,

I know there are quite a few threads on this topic on this board and many others but it’s still difficult trying to figure out the right approach.

I’ve been splitting my 4.5 ius into 3 shots, 1.5 each of I try and maximize fat loss benefits. Pre fasted cardio, pre workout, and pre bed. Was planning on upping my total dose and was trying to decide if I should add it to a 4th shot or not post workout.

There were studies talked about by Derek from more plates mote dates that said for like a 220 lb man, the max lipolysis from a GH shot comes from about 1.35 iu. But then I saw other studies that say for max anabolism a shot needs to be 2 iu.

It’s honestly getting annoying with multiple shots per day and going through pins like crazy and if the benefits aren’t really there it might be worth it and actually more beneficial to do a large shot or maybe 2 shots instead.

Interested in hearing some feedback and experiences. Thanks!
 
im not expert, but im in my own experience the higher dosage the more anabolic + better fat loss. just fricking take the whole 4.5 in 1 shot and if u dont get sideys its your new maximum tolerable dose.
Fat loss was the main goal but if I do one shot, ill
Probably shoot it before bed I guess.
 
Buddy if you want something for fat loss, take something with greater lipolytic effect and don't waste your money on HGH. You can use clen, yohimbine, ephedrine, mirabegron, cardarine, a GLP of course etc.

Never tried to split the dose btw and i don't think I'll ever do. Just take the full dose IMO and let it do the work.

yeah splitting doses is for big doses. only really heard of splitting 8iu+ a day. never below

Not taking it solely for fat loss. I like all the other benefits associated with it too. There are debates of splitting vs single doses for those aspects as well. Just trying to get different ideas, thanks for your feedback.
 
Seems pretty split. At the end of the day I’m sure it doesn’t matter much.
probably not, its just annoying to shoot 2-3 times a day if u can tolerate the whole dosage once. do whatever u like i use 23g needles for oils so personally i dont mind doing these cute insulin needles 100 times a day

Haha I hear ya on that. I don’t mind the needles, but going through them so fast is annoying haha
 
Apparently it takes 3-4 hours for gh levels to peak after sub q administration. Therefore, depending on how far you take it pre fasted cardio etc, who knows how much of a specific response you are getting from the directly prior administration vs the one before bed. I think total amount is what is most important along with considering potential for your gh's effect on your bg and the temporary insulin resistance if consuming a lot of carbs.

I’m going to start experimenting again. Try it all before bed and all pre workout too. Milos Sarcev used it pre workout for his pre workout insulin protocol. Timed it specially with the insulin. Plenty of options to try but total dose seems to be the main thing here.
 
I take all mine pre bed as well. Steve, Kurt, Dean, John, etc. state it doesn't matter. The only ones who debate it at this point would be random gym bro/coach and Todd Lee.
