FFMI FOR AVERAGE STEROID USER

Isn't
I have never heard that acronym before. What is ffmi?
FFMI stands for fat free body mass index with which you can calculate the amount of muscle mass relative to height.

Its supposed to be better than BMI.

Either way its highly criticized as its used in natural competitions as a measurement and first sign that could get you tagged as "suspicious" because youre above the average or the norm.

FFMI for an average steroid user is probably exactly what it is for the average natural dedicated gym goer.

You seen most steroid users? Practically DYELs.

If you can’t break 30 as a steroid user you shouldn’t be on drugs. For reference to mine below, 5’5 200lbs at 8% if an FFMI of 30.

Here’s mine which corresponds to a BMI of 38:IMG_8088.webp

Thanks. I was kinda thinking OP was a EURO-poster using a translator app and had some typos lol. Sorry OP. Not hating. Just never heard that before as a way to differentiate us on paper.

Yes. Years. And yet 95% of drug users arnet anywhere close.

Not reaching 25 with gear in play is an absolute joke. “Genetics” has become a giant coping mechanism for guys who wanna substitute food and hard training with more mg. Using drugs to achieve absolutely average physiques is silly to me.

I got more than 25 in a little bit more than one year, yes less than 25 is too little for using for years

This tool is made for naturals to obsess as they always do with numbers.

Because most of them feel inadequate and years of lifting don't get you close to the guys who obviously use at least Test and probably cycled other steroids too in the past.

Once that guy starts his first cycle (assuming of course everything is truly dialed in) his eyes open up and now it's clear to him what's going on and what those other guys use.

As for this FFMI tool, well as long as you're happy I don't think you need to chase those numbers, but if it motivates you then sure just don't get too crazy about it, that's when people start to abuse and lose their minds.

What's more important is to set realistic goals. Yes, genetics are a big factor no doubt about that, however lifestyle, finances, family and your job will interfere with diet and training and therefore you have to set your priorities and be realistic, you can't always get 100% of what you want but 80% might be good enough. If however you can live that bodybuilding life with no compromises and are willing to then of course, anything is possible.

As for me, it's 26 score and really I just don't care. I only checked it out of curiosity and for this discussions sake. I look how I want and I'm trying to manage and balance it all out in my life. Minimum amount of Test is all I need now. I'm honestly pretty happy.

Do you think i was able to do the same without gear? Don't joke man, we are all old enough there
Gear has it's place don't get me wrong. But, it's not the metric to look at for size. You can't run 10g of gear and expect to get big just because your running a lot of gear. Diet is the main factor to contribute to growth.

FFMI was derived based on some ridiculous measurements.

They used body fat as assessed by a variety of different methods including subjective appearance, aka guessing body fat %.

Maybe you can use it on yourself to see changes over time, but I wouldn't use it to compare different people.

Shit, then how about us losers who go on gear for a couple of months then take years off because of whatever wrench life throws at us?

The number would be all over the place depending on stage in life you measure your stats.

And remember, most of gym guys won't go not even near to 25 in their lives, and i'm more than that but just to be honest
This statement is entirely unfounded.
Reaching a value of 25 is by no means difficult.
Anyone following a sufficiently optimized cycle, combined with a reasonably structured bodybuilding-oriented diet and consistent training to failure, will quite effortlessly attain such a level.

Nowadays, genetics has become merely an excuse for complacency and ignorance.

Absolutely agree with your statements.

It is all about that, i mean you talked an obvious thing, it is like if i say, if i have a good genetic and i do gear training and diet very well i will be a freak, in my country we Say "grazie al cazzo" @Sampei that means "thanks to the dick". By the way like another guy said it is not all possibile for business, family and all the things that happens all around in our lives

Then you don’t belong on drugs.

If your lifestyle can’t support 60-90m in a gym 4-5 days a week and eating for the goal then using AAS is legitimately retarded.
