What are realistic expectations for one cycle 500 test only, specifically life after pct

I am curious for anecdotes or info about what one can expect from this sort of cycle, with specific emphasis about if one can reasonably expect a return to baseline afterwards.

Also, I am curious if the idea of one cycle is a waste of time. I'm aware most will say that there is no way you'll actually end up doing one cycle, but theoretically if we assume you could, would there be any long term benefit, and if not from a test only cycle, what cycle would be ideal for someone aiming to only do one?

I only want to one because I don't want to inject shit for every day of my life, but at the same time doing at least one cycle, if possible, seems to be too large of an advantage to just not grab just because I am scared.

i will share my short, fresh experience, as im in middle of one.

first 4 or 5 weeks, 300mg + tirz, aggresive cut.

then bump to 500mg. im at week 10, +15kg, strenght is up on all lifts, recovery is amazing, boosted metabolism is also nice. better digestion probably?

aaand there is mental part. i just talked with friend half hour ago about this, he started with me doin exact same protocol. we were both low on T. its life changing.

i noticed something at week 2, better mood, almost like on speed like feeling, more confident, more aggresive in life in good way, finally have libido.

before, i was depressed pile of saddness. we talked about if its gone but i think we just got used to feeling good, or normal?

friend told me that he dont remember feeling like he wanna kill himself since he started test, i can say the same. sure, some days its good some its bad but i dont have feelings like i wanna off myself rn.

before i started, i wanted to blast and cruise at least for while and then maybe try pct off at some point. but why go back to state that wasnt good.

first, check your hormonal panel, think about how you feel in long term, maybe you will have some indications that you are low.

now, i understand why its decision for life.
anyway, if you wanna, i started log on this forum where i write some notes and other OT stuff about this first time, you can read it.

You'll put on ten pounds, including water. Afterward, you'll lose some of that. That will probably depress you. You'll f up your diet and lose the rest while you pct.

Would there be other compounds that would be a good idea to add to make it more possible to keep any gains?

Thanks for the response. Do you have negative side effects?

nothing too concerning. until test saturated (depends on ester), i had few pimples on weird spots like forearms, chest, shoulders. nothing too bad, went away.
too much libido and too strong erections (not sure if thats + or - for you), bloat and water retention that went away 90% with AI.

sometimes worse sleep, i can function on much less sleep, like 5 hours, the same as 8-9h as natural. 9h on test is god mode.
i often wake up cause im hungry and horny at night.

mentaly. less tolerance for idiotic behaviour from other people, which is + for me. thats that positive aggresivity. i care less, have less emotions (another +).

So, the gains don’t stay but the sides do?
i belive that water/glykogen you piss away after and that 1-2kg of actuall muscle will be hard to hold on.

hair loss, bad acne or gyno will stay. if there is something like that ofc.

If this isn’t going to be for life, prepare to lose most, if not all of the gains from the test afterwards over the course of the following 4-6 months. However, any hair loss and gyno will be there to stay

other compounds would absolutely suppress you for even longer. in my case i instantly gained 12-14kg to my incline db press. lost 4kg strength after 2 months pct and was like fuck it and jumped right back on. im sure you can keep more gains to some point but not all. and nothing will ever be like first cycle again. so if you're looking for fast results pretty quick and just claiming natty for the rest of your life why not man

I've heard that you should chill after a blast for at least as much time as you were on. If that's the case, according to you you'd lose all your gains between each cycle.

What about infrequent cycles. Would any gains be maintained then? Maybe once a year? I just don't want to inject every week forever.
you clearly dont know enough about testosterone to jump on and if you're afraid of a needle you shouldnt jump on.

also this is just outright wrong, do your bloodwork to assess. besides no one here is jumping off testosterone lmao

It's not about being afraid of needles, I just don't want to have steroids be something I will have to keep track of in my life constantly. And what am I mistaken about regarding test?
