Right nipple pain

170mg test e, 6.25mg aromasin everyday and 12.5mg on injection days

I know my aromasin dose is high, my e2 was 36 on that, test 1300. i am either a high aromatizer or I dont absorb fat soluble food/meds properly (I might have pancreas insufficiency)

I lowered my test dose to 130, with same aromasin dose. I injected 2.5 days ago, took aromasin on that day and the day after, but left it out yesterday. Today my right nipple hurts when pushing on it, left is fine. Is it due to high e2? And do you guys think I might have problem absorbing fatty food or am I a high aromatizer? (Natty test 700, e2 26)

Is your aromasin real? Pharma brand? Are you using an e2 ultra sensitive test and not regular e2 test? You really shouldn't need need AI on TRT. And your dose is ridiculously high, like 3 grams of testosterone high. Stop touching your nipples and get and an ultra sensitive e2 lab before changing anything.

I usually take my aromasin on an empty stomach with some nuts or fish oil and it does the job fine. Pancreas releases insulin to take care of glucose, not fat ,so pancreatic insufficiency shouldn't affect fat absorption

Bullshit. Go take pharma AI instead of this bunk stuff. Even high aromatizers don't need this much on TRT doses. 12.5mg Monday and Thursday should be MORE than enough.

Also, go check your prolactin levels.

Pancreas insufficiency means your body doesnt absorb fats properly

Are you taking PERT to fix the insufficiency you have? Anyway True trt shouldn't need any AI because it's not really great to run AI for your lifetime. So skip the AI and retest in 4-6 weeks to see if e2 is in a better place. Swollen nipples can be normal on testosterone. On fire is very different. Just leave it alone and stop touching it for now

No, my doctor doesnt think I need it as Im not underweight, even though I have low pancreas elestase levels. I might buy it otc

It doesnt bother me for now, but I heard early signs of gyno are nipple pain and feeling a small lump under the nipple, which I also can feel, and I dont want to deal with gyno

But for now I guess I will do 120 test and drop the ai

I was having sensitive nipples no matter what when I was fat (over 15-20%), now at sub 10% it's gone. Try losing fat if you're not currently lean.

I heard if total t isnt measured as lc/ms nandrolone shows up as total t

I asked my lab what method they used for measuring and waiting for an answer

Yeah nandro will show up as test so u can't really trust the result. You can always reverse fresh gyno with raloxifene and in my experience dieting plus masteron also reduced my gyno

If they didnt use lc/ms I will do a retest for both test and e2

That's the one good thing about being able to order your own lab tests here. May not be free but you can make sure it's the right one

Update: asked my lab and I was wrong, its the CLIA standard method

No nipple pain anymore but the lumps still there

Considering my natty e2 was 26, and now its 36, it means it should be higher than my natty levels (unless the non sensitive e2 test is completely useless and inaccurate)

My lab does only do clia and no lc/ms so its kind of a bad situation

Also I found it weird that I got early gyno symptoms and was worried what I was taking was actually deca and not test e, but cant test it as no lc/ms method is available

I will try going for a different lab but where I live there are not many
The capital city has a lot of labs but its 6 hours away via car/train.

Hi guys! I'm on 500mg test and 200 mg tren. My total test is 61 nmol/L. E2 is 125 pg/ml.. prolactin 25 nm/ml. Is my prolactin and E2 high? I need an AI?
