Another bank transfer gone wrong. Issues with bank transfers happen with all sources. If the source didn’t receive it and it’s in limbo and they cannot touch the funds they are not going to send your order nor will they refund you because they haven’t really received the money yet. Use crypto going forward with all sources to avoid this problem.

Hopefully your money is returned. I hate seeing these same stories repeated again and again.
Once again, usually a user error.

This sucks. I’ve never had this problem with them.

I order peptides, oils, and tabs. I always pay with Crytpo. Too easy to mess up. Especially since they take USDT Sol and you can quickly and easily buy PYUSD and almost zero fee transfer it to USDT Sol with Juniper and Exodus.

Bank transfer is the worst payment method for a lot of reasons.
I work in a highly technical field and am extremely comfortable with information technology, and I have screwed up 2 or 3 of my 10 crypto payments in the past month. And also managed to get permabanned from Kraken. Crypto is definitely not too *simple* to mess up.

There are fun complications like when the sales reps say they take USDT_ERC20 and then give you a Tron network address, and now you’ve got to go convert all your funds at a cost in time and currency. Or the wallet/exchange UI isn’t super clear and you type in $100 for how many USDT to send, but it’s actually in “typing in USD units, which I’ll auto-convert to USDT” and you send a slightly wrong amount, and their payment software doesn’t recognize the payment at all. Or you need to go buy some extra Ethereum or TRX just so you can pay the network fees to send your USDT, because you can’t use USDT itself to send USDT, god no. Thankfully I haven’t mistyped any wallet addresses, or used them on the wrong network, and sent money off into a black hole. Then there are all the helpful features like exchanges (including PayPal) deciding that actually using crypto as a medium of exchange rather than just speculating on it is extremely suspicious behavior, and block your ability to transfer out of your account for weeks at a time, and please don’t call us, this decision is final and we cannot explain any further. The list goes on and on…

It’s wonderful that we can have crypto to use, but it’s a usability nightmare.

What? Just use btc?

Is their only contact through Discord? Don’t they have an email? By the way, the Discord invite link is showing as invalid.

Lol you work in a highly technical field but can't transfer Bitcoin? Lol I know 12 year olds sending Bitcoin
Yeah somehow I’ve muddled through, but saying it’s simpler than a bank transfer is just wrong. Go look at all the payment instructions the peptide folks have to put together in their Discords. I’ve talked a bunch of people through it and they don’t find it easy.

It’s not just user ignorance either. Half the sites can’t even automatically recognize a transfer, and you have to send confirmation screenshots and transaction IDs. That’s a hot mess. I’d fire any product manager that came up with that.

Of course 12 year olds can do it. That’s the worst test of whether a new tech is user friendly. Try it on 65 year olds.

It's simpler than a bank transfer because buying illegal drugs with a bank transfer is some pet the rabbits George level bonkers thing to do, whereas my elderly mother already understands "type amount and destination into app, then screenshot and email" and it took me 30 minutes to explain to her that you can get svengoolie over the air for free after Dish dropped MeTV.

Oh man svengoolie reference lololoo

How do you have T60 listed on your USA warehouse list when hundreds of people have prepaid and waiting now for 2-3 weeks with nothing still ?
These are in transit After arriving at the US warehouse, we will arrange the orders that have been placed. We just publish the latest price.

Thanks for the replies folks

Day 16, no money returned yet

Crypto... Yeah, ordered elsewhere last week after getting sick out waiting, and used BTC. order despatched swift too.

Bank transfer... Not my first order with SRY, so clicking send to a previous payee took one second. I was ordering peptides, not illegal here. Used to purchase regular from China when I owned my own website around 2005 -15, R4 cartridges and the dozens of similar, very grey market, no bank issue ever. But yes, lesson learnt !!!

Shame they didn't just ring/email the bank and answer the questions, instead of fobbing me off for 2 further weeks..... ... .. +

For European payment methods, we recommend using Bitcoin Ethereum USDT USDC, because bank transfers are slow to arrive, and sometimes there will be problems with unsuccessful arrival, which will result in a refund.

I’m an old fart myself and spent 30+ years in high tech and infosec. Use Exodus as an offline wallet.

I get it’s not as click friendly as a bank transfer. However, as was mentioned later, running a bank transfer leaves a different traceable fingerprint than hopping through the proper setup of a BTC, USDC, USDT or general crypto transfer. I’d rather get a CBP love letter that I can plausibly deny than getting a love letter and a subpoena because my bank account has been transferring funds connected to a package.

To each their own. I just like privacy with a little more caution.

Oh, I was just venting about the user friendliness of it. You can see in the whole ecosystem that speculation is a much bigger driver for its growth than use as an actual medium of exchange. Crypto is certainly the best answer for this sort of um entrepreneurial market. Though it's not all that private unless you're using Monero and/or some non-KYC source of currency. I doubt most of the buyers here are leaving a trail that's all that hard to follow.

18 days too late for that...'recommendation'

In other words, 18 days later, still no refund/return of funds to me

Had emails from others in similar positions too, SRY often ignoring and totally unable to say the word SoRrY
