Paired with AAS and HGH, off season setting, would taking a long acting insulin like Lantus or short acting like Humalog be better for bodybuilding purposes?

It depends. Both, neither, or just one would be best. Depends where you are at in muscular development, how many carbs you require, if you use HGH, how insulin resistant you are, etc.. So many variables that I wouldn't bother with insulin unless it was either required to keep you from becoming diabetic or you hired a competent coach that knows how to use it and learn from themPaired with AAS and HGH, off season setting, would taking a long acting insulin like Lantus or short acting like Humalog be better for bodybuilding purposes?
For novolin R insulin would it be better to pin 30 minutes pre workout and start sipping intra workout shake when I start training or directly pre workout and start sipping intra workout shake as I start training?depends what your average fasting BG is, A1C is at, and postprandial endogenous insulin response is.
TLDR if your pancreas is already supplying the requisite insulin to handle the amount of carbs youre putting in, then adding exogenous insulin will do nothing but mask potential issues, like reduced insulin sensitivity.
If you have to ask these kinds of questions you absolutely should not be using insulin on your own.

Okay so I wake up at 7:50am, eat pre workout at 8:00, and train 9:30-11:30 then eat again at 11:45. You’d suggest pinning Novolin R right as I wake up and then having an intra workout shake?Earlier.
15-30m or so before your pre workout meal.
Then have intra workout carbs during training.
Yes, novalin r peaks between 2-4 hours after taking it, so it'll be active for the pre workout meal and intra carbs, and be peaking right about post workout meals timeOkay so I wake up at 7:50am, eat pre workout at 8:00, and train 9:30-11:30 then eat again at 11:45. Perfect, thanks so much man. My pre workout meal is 13g fat 23g protein and 135g carbs. (4x toast 2x pop tarts) Should I cut out the fat and switch pop tarts to something else or is this amount okay? Also, would it be smart to pin Novolin R a second time during the day to maximize growth? I have a meal at 11:45 post workout then another one at 2:00, then one at 5:00 (at work containing only carbs), and 8:30. The only times I can’t pin are between 2:30-8:15 as I’m at workYes, novalin r peaks between 2-4 hours after taking it, so it'll be active for the pre workout meal and intra carbs, and be peaking right about post workout meals time
You generally want as few fats as possible, ideally you'd have a more traditional carb source, but it's not the end of the world.Perfect, thanks so much man. I wouldn't. One time with pre workout meal will cover most of your highest carb intake with pre/intra/post workout carbs. Also, would it be smart to pin Novolin R a second time during the day to maximize growth? For sure. I’m waiting till deeper into my bulk when I’m pushing 800g carbs daily. Right now I’m only pushing around 500g carbs daily and will be running moderate test moderate tren for week 1-10 (easy to bulk on tren for me). This 10 weeks will be a lighter bulkYou generally want as few fats as possible, ideally you'd have a more traditional carb source, but it's not the end of the world.

Remember my original post, none of this makes any sense at all if your natural insulin secretions can handle the carb intake you're on.
I can't give a general answer to these questions.Would you recommend something like a 4 weeks on 4 weeks off for the slin? Or is there a way I can keep running it throughout my entire cycle after starting it? What’s the max dose you would do in my situation?
