My experience is a mixed bag.

Placed order on March 28 and paid on same day. Had to keep messaging asking for tracking number. Got a message 5 days later that one of the compounds was out of stock and was asked if I wanted a refund or item swap. Replied to hold the item but ship the rest of the order. After some more messages and almost requesting a refund, parcel shipped and got the tracking number on April 15 (18 days from order date). Item delivery was smooth. Roughly 2 weeks from tracking number to delivery and 35 days from order date.

Onto the second issue, received order today, opened it to discover an additional two compounds are completely missing from the package with no prior communication.

Ordering shouldn't be this stressful. I've sent a message and I'm waiting for a response. Was already prepping to place another order once the tracking got to in-country but it seems communication has been dragging and I've been waiting for stock confirmation since Wednesday.

I'll put the new order on pause and try to resolve this delivery first.

Got a response. Was told the item (oils) would be reshipped once in stock. Plus, most of the compounds (oils & tablets) I wanted to place the second order for are also out of stock. Seems it's going to be a waiting game. But I don't mind.

The endocrinologist I saw told me I was “in range” at ~250ng/dl on my testosterone.. realized they only see diabetics typically lol

Agreed ref doctors - however chiros are not even that. Infact in many countries they are not allowed to even intimate they are doctors or that what they offer is anything other than secondary-therapeutic.
