Also waiting. Ordered April 16th, got tracking on the 25th and it hasn't moved since it departed the initial package recieved point since the 25th. Ask about it and get told "one moment let me look" and never hear anything back.

Hasn't been a super long time but wondering what happened because it's been 13 days since any movement was reported.

Since then no new updates I’ve asked several times and they say it’s past customs now.
Most recent update on 5/6 “Dear, the packages have been cleared through customs in the United States, but currently the usps logistics carrier has not updated the logistics in time”

At some point it sounds like this will be another reshipment and another month of waiting. Might be asking for a refund next.

Same boat. Ordered 4/5, first FedEx, then another track was given 4/23. After no movement, and much talking with one of the reps (horrible communications) I discovered if you plug in the tracking on the app 17track, then switch the carrier to XYEX you will see the joy ride your pack is taking. It's not specific, but it does show it's slowly making its way to you

I have a very similar situation package has been bouncing around for weeks now and the tracking is very generic it's reached one station it's reached the destination station then it is in transit to another facility no real tracking though and no real idea when package would be expected
