Your chicken looks so yummy compared to mine, lol,, do you bake it or air fry?
i use an air fryer @400F and have it down to a "juicy art", i have ditched prepping my meat for 4 days in a row in containers , so now i have been cooking the chicken the night of, i still prep my potatoes&veggies for meals , , Once you get your timing down on the chicken and device cooking it , its like rinse&repeat,,Aw thanks @Ateam2023 for your conpliment
(Your chicken and meals always look yummy too though from my view... Your prep spreads actually inspired me to try having some veggies with my chicken for the first time in forever, with a few meals last week.)
I bake my chicken breast in a toaster oven @ 400°F, "Convection Bake" setting.
I can share my recipe and timing for frozen/fresh, if you like?
