are marked out of stock as we wait for Jano results on these 2. Everything else isn't brewed with raws from new suppliers so we've chosen to open up and just mark those two out. Logically makes more sense.

We are still testing more products (even the ones brewed with existing raws from our trusted raws suppliers) and should have results, everything is sent off.

Good shit axle great job , deffently appreciate you going above and beyond for the testing and testing and checking new suppliers, let's hope it checked out expecially the mast e, but test cyp is just as important. Anyways thank you for staying open and not closing like alot. I really respect vendors like urself, opti, neo, and Stan for staying open

I happened to have placed an order and pay prior to Test C being listed as OOS. Look this morning, no email generated from the website and my order is listed as cancelled.

Obviously that’s something of concern.
 
I would caution any other member prior to placing an order until my issue is resolved in order to reduce harm.

This isn’t my first rodeo and most likely won’t be the last.

Axle was contacted in regards to the issue at hand and I’ll update on the progress of resolve.

This isn’t the typical experience for this source, but we all know sometimes things can take an unexpected turn.
 
@Axle Labs isnt answering my emails so I guess he wants to discuss this here

Axle how do handle it when a customer does not receive the products he ordered? Do you require an unboxing video or do you have a system in place to make sure you put the correct items in the package to the customer? If so can that system be double checked? Do you do the shipping or do you have someone else shipping out packages?
Does everyone need to do an unboxing video on every order to cover themselves?

My package was missing two items ($103 of product)
My package also had an additional product that I did not order ($20)
I sent a picture of the products I received

I would appreciate a reply as I kindly asked you in email
It’s been a couple days since I sent the first email and he has been posting on here
He also ignored my posts in this thread

I’ve been ordering for years and I’ve placed orders with Axle since he opened.
First time I’ve had an issue with his service

Im sure your other customers would like to know if this is how you treat customers when you make a mistake and if so what steps they need to take to protect themselves when ordering from you

As an update, after cross referencing order and website. Cyp 300 was not and is not listed OOS. So I was correct in placing an order for currently stocked items.

Well, that’s clearly another issue that needs and should be resolved asap.
