Also, by paying the 360€ you are admitting you bought illegal goods. If you get another parcel some day caught in customs again, you already have a background. In fact, you are probably in some blacklist already.

I am in the US. I do not really know anything about Austria.
Here in the US, if you do not pay a fine whatever, the consequences could be very severe for something small and stupid. A court date, a failure to appear, and next thing you know your driver's license is suspended, and you find out when the police pull you over because you forgot to use your turn signal or something, and they handcuff you and tow your car and take you to jail.
If Austria just ignores things like TyLu17's situation, then cool, but he already paid it, so . . .

in denmark, in penalty court the judge decision is as they see fit within the law. usually the package is already destroyed or put into evidence storage which will take years to find again so for a fine case of importing steriods they dont care. looking up austrias laws its kind of the same approach with denying the fine > and you'll probably never end up in court. worth it to try instead of paying.
This usually means the police has 0 case what so ever if they are not going to under steriod testing kits proving what substances there are and how much there is + proof you specifially ordering it, not just if its to your address. the police have to get proofs that you're guilty to have a solid case.
and all this stuff cost money + time which is ressources their department wont allocate to such useless stuff aka they dump the case.
there's even been a big leakage in the police system of them dumping cases more servere just because they didnt wanna spend resources in my country and as far as i know other eu countries is this lazy aswell.
always assume the guys labeling 2 kits of hgh 2000$ worth to have a messed up system and likely will fuck up their own case against you even if it goes to fine court.

how funny when i spoke about it. i recieved a letter from the police today, the charges of importing were dropped and they destroyed the steriods they seized.
took them only a year to get back to me.
matter of fact: if you go down go down with a fight, theres no extra charges for a fine court case. overwork these son of bitches
