Guys, really, making BAC water isn't like homebrewing

If you've ever filtered anything into a sterile vial, you have enough skills to make your own BAC water

I like Hospira at $4/vial for price & convenience but otherwise it's overrated. Super-special fancy pharma grade plastic bottle or whatever. Not worth $15/vial.

Most states do not require a Herbalist to get a license,

You can get an NPI number for free by filling out the application on line, declaring yourself a sole practitioner Herbalist with your home as your business address.

It's required for anyone who has to comply with HIPPA privacy laws, like doing consults by email.

You will need a valid Social Security Number.

You do not have to actively practice, only "plan to".

Once you have an NPI, with most medical supply sellers you can by any "rX only" non-pharmaceutical supplies, like syringes, continuous glucose monitors, and BAC (which as a diluent is not considered a drug).

Another option. 25 pack for $85. I’ve never heard of PSTshop so I’m not sure they are trustworthy. It will allow me to checkout even though they have a medical license requirement.

NPI numbers are really only used for insurance and billing, how do you figure that that is a sufficient alternative to a medical license to order rx only items

Because most online medical supply providers ask for a Medical License OR NPI number to qualify for ordering. Notice I said it's not sufficient for rX medication, only medical devices.

It's also explicitly stated as the new policy being imposed by Pfizer on distributors.

100% just get a diy laminar flow hood with hepa filter in it. The rest is clean process and even after you make your vials. Simply pressure cook it at 15 psi for 30 mins. Its done deal. It will have it ready to go. Just make sure the vial is auto clavable.

But will we be able to buy Water For Injection? That's technically classified like BAC, and that's one area I wouldn't want to compromise on. I saw a bottle of "reconstitution solution", the type sold on Amazon, boasting on the label that it was "Distilled Water+BA .9%" lol. I'll bet they're not the only ones using 99¢ supermarket jugs of distilled water for the BAC, only the ones stupid enough to admit it.

Distilled water is no where near the purity of WFI.

Well, if you can actually order some 3-4 cases would last a very long time. But I tried multiple zip codes and states and I get an error. It says I cannot receive deliveries at my location. So I emailed them.

It's not harm reduction when you're reducing a non-existent or deeply theoretical harm. That's paranoia.

Haha that's awesome! I found some on Sigma Aldrich for "injectable pharmaceutical excipient use" but the price was insane. Sometimes these suppliers offer sample quantities of 50ml or less, so I'll check them out. Thanks again,

Same thing. They agreed to a refund since I didn't have the credentials. There was no misunderstanding between me and the customer service rep.
