This has been my recent experience.
First order earlier this year - relatively smooth. Last two orders in April have been a total fucking mess. All orders have been for substantial $.
First order in April - Got CBP letter this week and trying to get my rep to confirm a reship has been pulling fucking teeth. Still haven't received confirmation that it's reshipped.
We're over 40 days since payment.
Second Order in April - Split Tabs/Peps. Already received both halves, each were missing items. One tracking # never updated and my rep is
refusing to refund or reship the missing items based on this tracking number. They said they're seeing movement and that number will update this week.
What?
Even though there's
no fucking reason a tab/pep order should be split into 3 parts. Especially when the missing items were from different price lists (one pep, one tab.) Even though I sent pictures of both received orders, both missing items. Even though I sent seizure letters (for first order.) Even though I clarified the timeline and explained the weird tracking behavior... The rep is
still refusing to refund to reship these missing items. They even said, "Trust me. "Let's wait." Wait for fucking
what?
What's worse, is my rep keeps conflating these two completely separate issues, which is delaying the reship of the first order. I've spelled all of this out in extremely detailed emails, and my rep comes back with, "I didn't receive your email." Which I then have to screenshot and text. WTF is this? Honestly, I've been cordial, considered, and professional in my comms with them, until now. This is getting fucking ridiculous.
@SigmaAudley China Peptide - I really dislike escalating in a public forum, but I paid for items that were not received, plain and simple. Making your customers wait on ghost tracking numbers on the off chance missing items show up is completely ridiculous. Especially a week after the orders were received,
both missing items.
The solution here is simple. Reship the seized order, and issue a refund for the missing items. DM so we can work this out ASAP.
