Given EQ's half life and time to steady state concentration, how do you dose with test for the first time with regards to managing the potential to tank estrogen?
I've only used shorter esters and started low and titrated up and it worked well. Seems like it be hard to titrate EQ given the limits of cycle length, long ester, no?
I began aromatizing at around 250 test/wk last I checked, but I've lost probably 15-20 lbs of fat since then, so I might be able to go higher now, not sure. About 13% BF now.
I've got EQ coming, and dbol in case I tank estrogen. AI if estro gets high.
Do ya guys simply take a guess at what ratios to run based on how you aromatize, and then adjust as you go?
I've ran up to 500 test, no problem, so was thinking keep it simple 1:1 or 500test/500eq to start and adjust as I go. Any input would be great here, Tia

As you can't adjust the EQ dosage quickly to reduce E2 in case the quantity of EQ is not enough, it's better to do a rateo of 1:1 and in case EQ gets too low you can increase test and that will respond quicker

Thanks, that makes sense. 500/500 to start and I'll use adex temporarily while the EQ increase catches up if e2 gets too high.
Also I'm on test C, but ordered dbol in case e2 plummets. My thought was dbol would pull my e2 up fast while I increase test C higher.
How quickly could I expect any potential e2 effects after starting? I've heard some say within days their e2 was shit, others over a month.

High end for estradiol (39) back in March, while on test C @210mg/wk. But I've also dropped like 20 lbs of fat since then, so hopefully aromatize less. But yeah I'll definitely get bloods done to get a fresh picture. Thank man

You could probably use more than 1:1 if you armatase that much..it takes slightly over a month to saturate, I usually frontload by taking it at 2-3x the weekly dose for the first 2 weeks, either that or you could extend your cycle by a few weeks.

From my one cycle experience with eq it happened fast. Also I’ve heard from vigorous saying reduction will start happening from the time you inject, just like primo for example. Peaking in serum concentration has nothing to do with estrogen conversion/reduction. You don’t need 70 days for eq to start reducing e2 conversion.

In my opinion if you have to guess, better leave some room for higher estrogen (meaning more test than eq) than potentially crashing your e2 and then bring it up again. But that’s just me which I don’t have any sides even with 100+ e2.

I have to disagree on this tho, I need asin sometime on 250/300mg test but I can't run 1:1 EQ or it drops my E2 in the gutter.

Need HCG or higher test to not have low E2. Same with primo, so it's really personal on how you react to these substances.

The metabolites seem to use up the aromatase, leaving less room for conversion to E2, hence the AI-like effect. Levels of estrone can get sky high. Yeah, Derek (MPMD) showed that at well with bloodwork, Kurt Havens talked about it too.
But wether it's actual e2 or e1, the symptoms are the same and treatment is same. Run test higher if you get the low estro sides.

I was super full above the waist, but damn did my legs feel smaller and lean. Gave me some baby horse legs lol

Didnt have it checked ever with eq.

Bumped test to 750 , kept eq at 400 and anxiety seemed better. Reduced test bc was losing hair too fast. Next time , (or hindsight), would have increased finasteride dose, bc too much finasteride causes too low sex drive and not the best feeling mentally. Unless its placebo. May try again another time or do 500 test, another time.
